2 Scope of application
This system is applicable to the company's occupational health and safety and occupational disease management.
The occupational diseases mentioned in this system refer to the diseases caused by the contact with dust, radioactive substances and other toxic and harmful substances during the production and operation of this enterprise.

4 Contents and requirements

4. 1.2 Every new employee must provide a health certificate with or without occupational history issued by a medical institution at or above the county level.
4. 1.3 For registered employees exposed to toxic and harmful substances, the safety management department shall be responsible for regular health examination, and establish and improve the employee health monitoring account.
4. 1.4 personnel engaged in the operation of toxic and harmful substances and highly corrosive chemicals should strengthen preventive measures.
4. 1.5 Patients diagnosed with occupational diseases should be actively treated.
4. 1.6 When an occupational hazard accident occurs, take emergency measures immediately, report to the health administrative department and relevant departments in time, and actively assist in the investigation and handling.
4.2 Adopt advanced technology or take effective control measures in production and workplace to improve working conditions and ensure that occupational hazards in the workplace meet the national health standards.
4.3 New construction, reconstruction, expansion and technical transformation projects involving hazardous operations shall conform to the national hygiene standards and requirements, and achieve "three simultaneities" according to regulations. Pre-evaluation report on occupational hazards and occupational health inspection and acceptance shall be carried out for projects involving hazardous operations.
4.4 Dangerous workplaces must meet the following requirements:
4.4. 1 The workplace is separated from the living place, and no one is allowed to live in the workplace.
4.4.2 Hazardous operations are separated from harmless operations, and toxic workplaces are isolated from other workplaces.
4.4.3 Effective ventilation devices should be set up, and automatic alarm devices and emergency ventilation facilities should be set up in the workplace where sudden leakage may lead to acute poisoning.
4.4.4 Dangerous workplaces should be equipped with safety warning signs and regional warning lines, and equipped with effective emergency protection equipment, relief materials and communication alarm devices.
4.4.5 High-toxic workplaces should be equipped with emergency evacuation routes and necessary safe-haven areas.
4.5 According to the distribution management system of labor protection articles and health care articles, timely and fully implement the distribution of labor protection articles for employees, urge employees to use them reasonably and correctly, and conduct regular maintenance, overhaul and regular inspection of occupational health protection facilities to ensure their normal use.
4.6 For toxic and harmful workplaces where acute occupational injuries may occur, safety warning signs should be set up and on-site first aid supplies should be provided.
4.7 According to the relevant regulations of the state, the occupational hazard factors in the workplace shall be tested regularly, and the test results shall be announced to the employees in time.
4.8 When the toxic substances production device needs maintenance and overhaul, a maintenance and overhaul plan should be made in advance, and occupational poisoning protection measures should be made to ensure the life safety and health of maintenance personnel.
4.9 Arrange occupational health examination for employees engaged in operations with occupational hazards, and inform employees of the medical examination results. When personnel engaged in hazardous operations leave the enterprise, the enterprise shall provide employees with an occupational health file free of charge.
