From the day before the exam 14 (May 24th) to the end of the college entrance examination, all candidates consciously accept daily health monitoring, record the results of body temperature measurement, and report any abnormal body temperature or other physical conditions in time. Fill in the "Physical Health Monitoring Record Form" or download the "Hebei Health Code" truthfully, fill in the personal information truthfully, and report the temperature continuously 14 days before the exam.
When entering the examination center, candidates are required to show the Physical Health Monitoring Record Form or the printed health code of Hebei Province and 14-day health record. During the examination, the health status of candidates will be checked in the morning (afternoon), and the system of "daily report" and "zero report" will be implemented.
2. Actively cooperate with epidemic prevention inspection.
Candidates need to wear masks and take their temperature. Only when the body temperature is lower than 37.3℃ can they enter the test center. Candidates with fever and other symptoms who fail to take their body temperature for the first time can take it again with other equipment or other means after proper rest. If the retest temperature is normal, you can take the exam normally.
If the body temperature still reaches or exceeds 37.3℃, you must obey the emergency arrangement of the test center, make an assessment in time, and put forward the conditions and measures for taking the test on the premise of ensuring the health and life safety of the candidates. Symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, dyspnea and diarrhea should be reported immediately during the examination.
3. Strictly abide by epidemic prevention regulations.
Candidates must know in advance and ensure that they meet the epidemic prevention regulations and requirements of the test center. Entry and exit of the test center should be subject to the management of on-site staff and the arrangement of epidemic prevention and control. During the waiting period, you should try to keep a distance of more than 1 m with others to avoid close contact and communication.
At the end of the exam, candidates must leave in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the invigilator, keep the distance between people, and must not stay in the examination area. Be familiar with the test center in advance, reserve enough time for each test, arrive at the test center in advance, and accept relevant inspections, which will not affect the test.
