Now, the list of the first batch of shortlisted medical examiners (see annex) for the interview position of civil servants hired by People's Republic of China (PRC) State Taxation Bureau and Gansu Provincial Taxation Bureau in 2022 is published as follows, and the shortlisted medical examiners are invited to attend the medical examination on time according to the requirements of the announcement.
I. Time and place of assembly
7: 00 am on Friday, July 1 2022; People's Republic of China (PRC) State Taxation Bureau Gansu Provincial Taxation Bureau (Huarui Building, No.353 Jinchang South Road, Chengguan District, Lanzhou City).
Second, matters needing attention in physical examination
1. On the day of physical examination, you must bring your original ID card, written test admission ticket and 1 recent one-inch photo. It is forbidden to resort to deceit and impersonation; If you conceal the medical history, it will affect the physical examination results, and the consequences will be at your own risk.
2. When assembling, take the initiative to measure the body temperature as required, and present "Gansu Province Health Travel Code (Green Code)" and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card (Green Code)" on the same day. Candidates with suspicious symptoms or abnormal conditions confirmed by on-site health and epidemic prevention professionals will no longer participate in the physical examination on the same day and will be arranged separately.
3. Eat lightly before physical examination. Don't eat too greasy, animal offal and indigestible high-protein food. Avoid drinking alcohol; Try not to do strenuous exercise the day before the physical examination to avoid emotional excitement and ensure adequate sleep; Do not eat after 8: 00 pm the day before physical examination, and do not drink water after 10 at night.
4. On the morning of the physical examination, fast and drink water, and keep an empty stomach; Please go into battle lightly on the day of medical examination. Women should not wear dresses and stockings, and pay attention to urination. Do not wear necklaces, earrings, watches and other metal items on the day of physical examination; People with myopia should not wear contact lenses, but should wear appropriate frame glasses.
5. Do not have a urine test during the female physiological period, please inform the medical staff.
6. If you are pregnant or may be pregnant, you must notify the medical staff first to avoid X-ray (chest X-ray, cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebra) examination.
7. Other medical examiners will add necessary inspection and verification items as needed.
