2. Secondly, you can observe the gums of cats, which will often reflect many problems.
Normally, a cat's gums should be pink. Gently pressing the gums will restore blood color in a short time. However, when the cat has not eaten for more than 3 days, the gums will turn yellow or white. At this time, the cat is likely to have jaundice, fatty liver and anemia, and needs immediate medical treatment.
Gently press the cat's gums with your hand, and the recovery time of gingival blood color exceeds 2 seconds, indicating that the cat has been moderately short of water; Observe whether the cat's eyeball is dry and sunken.
