The main mental health problems of junior middle school students are manifested in five aspects: internal drive, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, anxiety and hostility. Educational mode, interpersonal relationship, sexual awareness, academic pressure, sexual information stimulation and social support are the main factors affecting junior high school students' mental health. The main symptoms of middle school students' mental health problems are: lack of endurance, easy to be misunderstood, inattention, lack of self-confidence, love to worry, lack of observation, too worried about the future, easy to get angry, parents' expectations are too high, and lack of decision-making ability. From the investigation and discussion on the mental health of middle school students in our school, there are some problems in students' mental health, which can be summarized into the following three aspects according to the survey results.
Learning:
The survey shows that the reasons for students' learning difficulties are: 20% are not focused; 63% lack the spirit of overcoming difficulties, perseverance and perseverance; 6% were blamed, ridiculed and discriminated by parents, students and teachers, which caused psychological tension; 9% foundation is relatively poor; 2% intelligence factor. (Note: This material comes from a questionnaire survey of students in our school) It can be seen that the main reason for students' learning difficulties lies in the quality of learning, and it is very important to cultivate students' good personality and study habits. Greater psychological pressure will make students in a state of high tension all day, such as memory loss, inattention, neurasthenia, and some abnormal learning behaviors and habits, which will lead to weariness of learning. According to the survey, 2 1% students have moderate or above weariness.
