Harm of passive smoking and its preventive measures

More than 90% of the burning smoke in tobacco can be directly emitted into the air, forming second-hand smoke. Smoking has been proved to seriously endanger women's physical and mental health, especially breast health.

The harm of passive smoking:

(1) The risk of non-smokers who smoke passively increases by nearly 20% to 30%.

How to take effective measures to reduce the harm caused by secondhand smoke?

(1) In the daily diet, fresh vegetables and fruits are the main foods, or foods rich in egg whites and minerals. Don't overeat, be salty and spicy. The preferred ingredients are carrots, tomatoes, pumpkins, fungus and so on.

(2) Drink more water, urinate more, strengthen daily physical exercise, and promote the discharge of harmful substances such as sweat and nicotine.
