In my work, I deeply feel that if I don't keep pace with the times and maintain a high degree of ideological consistency with the CPC Central Committee, it will be difficult not to lose myself in my work. Therefore, in my daily work, I insist on reading party newspapers and news, especially in the activities of maintaining the advanced nature of party member and studying the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. I take an active part in various activities, study the contents of the report carefully, make a positive statement on my feelings at the group meeting, and try my best to make a positive statement on my feelings.
Third, work.
The past three years have been a crucial year for our school to continue to deepen teaching reform and strengthen teaching construction. The credit system reform in our school has entered the key research stage, and our school has also changed from running a school on a large scale to paying attention to quality. The national teaching quality project has also completed the first phase of work, and started the second phase of work last year. As a participant in this series of reforms and a teaching administrator, I am fully aware of my responsibilities and have great enthusiasm. I actively participated in this reform trend, my educational reform thought was sublimated, and my working ability and level were tempered and improved.
1. Persist in renewing educational concepts and intensify institutional innovation.
With the deepening of reform in colleges and universities, it is a new task for colleges and universities to establish a new management system that adapts to social development, and the established system needs to be continuously improved. Combined with Scientific Outlook on Development's requirements put forward by our Party, a series of new requirements and measures were put forward in the process of standardized management, and some related rules and regulations were formulated by ourselves, such as Regulations on the Management of Full-time Undergraduate Student Status in Hebei Normal University, Measures for Granting Bachelor's Degree to Students in Colleges and Universities in Hebei Normal University, Measures for the Management of Students Changing to Major in Hebei Normal University, and Measures for the Management of Academic Evaluation of High-level Athletes in Hebei Normal University. The promulgation of these regulations is very important to improve our school.
In the management practice, based on Scientific Outlook on Development, we strive to update our ideas, establish the reform direction in the spirit of people-oriented and with the aim of students' needs and students' personality development. For example, to meet the requirements of the times, we boldly reformed students' changing their major, allowed students to re-select their major after entering school, and let some students switch to their favorite major. Last semester, nearly 100 students realized the requirement of changing majors.
In view of the problem that students put forward that CET-4 and CET-6 are linked with degrees, we have also reformed through analysis and research, and at the same time, we have also reformed the computer grade examination, which encourages students to study foreign languages and computer knowledge seriously, but it is no longer linked with degree awarding. On the one hand, it reduces the learning pressure of students, enhances the motivation of students to study professionally and expand their knowledge, and enables students to have greater initiative and autonomy in learning.
2. Strengthen teaching construction and improve teaching level.
For many years, I have been in charge of the teaching management department, striving to be at the forefront of teaching reform and actively promoting various teaching reforms in the school. For example, in the process of making and modifying the teaching plan, the number of specialties in our school has increased rapidly in recent years, which also increases the difficulty of making and modifying the teaching plan. But in my work, I work hard to carefully review the plans of various majors to ensure the scientific and standardized completion of each student's teaching plan. In addition, the curriculum construction of our school has also made great progress in recent years. The number of provincial-level quality courses ranks in the forefront of the province, and the professional construction has made great achievements. Of course, these achievements are the result of the joint efforts of all teachers and teaching administrators in the school. As one of them, I did my duty.
3. Improve the credit system and improve the quality and level of management.
The credit system reform is an important reform in our school at present, and it also involves all aspects of the deep-seated reform in our school. As a teaching manager, I firmly stand at the forefront of teaching reform and can actively participate in this reform.
In view of the reform of the credit system, we have formulated a series of relevant regulations, such as the Measures for the Administration of Students' Course Selection in Hebei Normal University and the Measures for the Administration of Students' Re-examination in Hebei Normal University, which have played an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the credit system.
In order to let students have a deep understanding of the credit system reform, I have told students several times about the content of the credit system. In last year's summer training for teaching administrators, I actively prepared and explained carefully, and tried to fully exchange my management experience and ideas with my colleagues in order to improve the teaching management level of the credit system in our school. In addition, I made a special report for the teaching management cadres of Hua Hui University. In order to let college teachers know about the credit system reform and the teaching management of the school, at the request of the Conservatory of Music, they attended the Young Teachers' Learning Meeting of the Conservatory of Music. At the meeting, they explained the main contents of teaching management in our school and how young teachers can do a good job in teaching, which better cooperated with the training of young teachers in our college.
4. Teachers are student-oriented and perform their duties.
Educational administration is related to all aspects of the school, especially to teachers and students. In my daily work, I always remind myself that my words and deeds represent the school, and as a clerk, they also represent the image of party member. Therefore, when I receive every teacher and student, I try to put myself in the teacher's and student's shoes. I can make it clear once, and I will never let them run twice. We should try our best to help them solve their problems. For example, in the annual recommendation of graduate students who are exempt from exams, we actively reflect the requirements of students to the relevant provincial departments, so that students' desire to study across provinces can be realized.
5. Strengthen business learning to meet the requirements of the times.
As a teaching manager, it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the times without the concept of being ahead of the times. Especially as a normal college, if we stick to the old things of the past, it will seriously affect the teaching reform and restrict the development of our school. Therefore, in our daily work, we can actively learn the relevant principles and policies, learn the advanced experience of domestic brother colleges and understand the development direction of foreign higher education, draw nutrition from them and enrich our thoughts.
6. Diligent, honest and strict with yourself
In my work, I insist on strictly demanding myself with a party member standard, especially checking myself against the Party's discipline. Because of work, sometimes it involves some more important work, such as examination questions, but I can always keep a clear understanding. In my years of work, I have not made any mistakes, nor have I failed to live up to the trust of leaders and comrades.
In the past three years, my work has been very busy and I have made some achievements. However, there are still many problems in serious reflection, especially in strengthening self-cultivation and improving work ability. In the future, I need to strengthen my study, strive to improve my own shortcomings, and strive to do a better job.

In the past three years, around the theme activities such as "Learning and Practicing Scientific Outlook on Development" and "Year of Style Construction", we have carefully studied the spirit of important conferences in Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents, Scientific Outlook on Development and our region. Actively participate in learning activities organized by Party branches of district committees and offices. At the same time, we should work hard to strengthen our study, learn modestly from leaders, team members and colleagues around us, and learn from advanced urban areas in the face of new tasks. At the same time, we will constantly enhance our political awareness and overall awareness, strengthen our belief in serving the overall situation, serving the grassroots and serving the masses, and constantly strengthen our own political awareness, overall awareness and sense of responsibility. Facing the reality that the logistics service task of government agencies is getting heavier and heavier, the goal of "high efficiency, economy, safety and satisfaction" and the requirement of "strong guarantee and efficient service" are put forward. With the joint efforts of all the logistics service personnel in the agency, all the work has undergone new changes through careful work and implementation.
1, standardize conference reception. In view of the fact that superior leaders come to our district for many meetings, with heavy tasks and high requirements, on the one hand, we improve the hardware facilities of relevant conference rooms, on the other hand, we further standardize meetings, implement service outsourcing, establish conference centers, unify registration, personnel, clothing and service standards, and provide better conference environment and services. In the past three years, the conference center has guaranteed more than 3,000 meetings of various types. At the same time, we will earnestly and enthusiastically carry out the reception work, gradually standardize the reception standards, schemes, manuals and operating procedures, and publicize and display Gongshu with good reception.
2. Ensure the safety and normal operation of dining in the canteen. First, pay attention to food safety, and urge canteens to do a good job in health supervision of procurement, cleaning, cooking and sales to ensure that food safety accidents do not occur. The second is to grasp a healthy diet. Hire nutritionists, pay attention to light dishes, improve the quality of meals, advocate healthy eating and create an atmosphere. The third is to focus on efficient operation. On the basis of soliciting opinions and suggestions from different forms and levels in the canteen, in order to meet the actual needs of government officials, xxxx has set up a new New Year's Eve dinner, which will reach the working day all day; At the same time, in the case of tight time, many people and no advance arrangement, the canteen pays attention to emergency support and receives the dining halls of provincial and municipal leaders. In the first half of this year, according to the requirements, in order to ensure and satisfy the normal dining of government officials, all the partners of other units advised to leave and let the canteen concentrate on serving government officials.
3. Improve the healthy working environment of institutions. Focusing on the goal of establishing municipal health institutions, we will increase publicity efforts, set up publicity pictures of health institutions in canteens, elevators and corridors, and carry out tobacco control activities. No-smoking signs have been specially set up in the conference room, and special smoking areas have been set up on each floor. At the same time, fitness and stair walking activities have been promoted. The district government invested more than 65,438+100,000 yuan to clean the air-conditioning system of government agencies to ensure the health of cadres. In xxxx, it was rated as xxxx health unit.
4. Strict property and safety management. Strengthen the supervision, inspection and guidance of the three-dimensional company, and all links operate normally, effectively ensuring the office of the government compound. While ensuring water, electricity, gas and air conditioning, we should take measures to save energy, set up energy-saving signs and strengthen energy-saving publicity. In xxxx and 2009, we were rated as advanced units by the Municipal Bureau of Organs Affairs. At the same time, actively ensure the safety of buildings. Strengthen technical precautions, complete the renovation of monitoring facilities in the compound of the district government, urge the security team to implement the post responsibility system, the guard system, the inspection system and the emergency system, formulate a plan for handling sudden letters and visits, take the lead in timely and safely handling a number of group and abnormal letters and visits, and better ensure the normal office order of the organs. Actively ensure vehicle safety. Strengthen the management of more than 50 vehicles and drivers, scientifically and rationally allocate vehicles, and better ensure the normal use of vehicles by leaders and departments. The examination and approval system for automobile maintenance and decoration has been formulated and standardized, and the overall cost has been controlled and reduced. xxxx is 20% lower than xxxx. 5, steady and smooth development of special housing resettlement work. Under the leadership of the leading group for the allocation of special care housing in the district, and with the joint efforts of all distribution groups and relevant departments in the district, the director of the office took the lead in organizing and implementing the allocation of special care housing in the district. In the process of distribution, we will strictly implement policies, strictly standardize audits, and strive to be open, fair and just. At the same time, do a good job in providing various services to applicants, and all 273 new houses in the region are in place.

Together with Xibo Office, actively do a good job in the contact and coordination of the West Expo (off-site) projects in our region. Together with the organizers, we carefully prepared and organized the annual China xxxx International Automobile Exhibition, Canal Fireworks Conference and other large-scale activities, and ensured the smooth success of all activities through our efforts. I have always been strict with myself, always being strict with myself everywhere, setting an example by myself, earnestly studying the requirements of leading cadres' honesty and self-discipline, strictly implementing various regulations, and maintaining the thought and state of "self-discipline at all times" to achieve the purpose of preventing procrastination, sounding the alarm and being honest and clean. At the same time, comrades in the department are also required to strictly implement the regulations, do a good job and avoid accidents.
Fourth, shortcomings.
First, theory is not enough to guide practice. The awareness of learning theoretical knowledge is not strong, the study is not deep enough, and the ability to apply what you have learned needs to be strengthened.
