What is the standard of healthy drinking water?

The six standards of healthy drinking water are pure water quality, innocuity, moderate oxygen content (about 5mg/L), moderate mineral content in water, good activity, small water mass, weak alkalinity (PH7-9), negative potential in water and super antioxidant capacity.

The pH value of water is generally expressed by pH value. Water consists of H2O molecules. In some cases, water can be weakly ionized, that is, hydrogen ions (H+) and hydroxide ions (OH-) are produced. Traditionally, we take the negative logarithm value of "H+" concentration as the index of solution acidity, abbreviated as pH. In neutral solution, water with pH = 7 and above is customarily called alkaline water, and water with pH less than 7 is called acidic water.

Matters needing attention in daily drinking water

1 First of all, it is recommended to get up in the morning and drink a cup of warm water on an empty stomach, not too cold, because the stimulation of ice water on the stomach is not conducive to absorption, and warm water is more suitable.

Drinking a cup of warm water half an hour before meals can increase satiety, thus achieving the goal of losing weight.

It is recommended to drink 2000 ml of water every day. It is recommended to drink 200 ml to 300 ml of water slowly every day, once every 2 to 3 hours is enough.
