What salt is the healthiest?

Lake salt is recommended.

Compared with sea salt, lake salt has less impurities and good quality, and also contains a variety of natural minerals, which can greatly improve the taste, ensure the salty taste and bring more benefits to the body. So compared with sea salt, lake salt will be better.

Characteristics of lake salt

The formation of salt lake needs to meet three conditions. First of all, there should be a closed or semi-closed catchment lake basin. This closed terrain is conducive to the continuous collection of runoff, rain and other water resources in the basin to the lake basin without leakage, forming an aggregation state. Second, lakes should have a continuous dry climate. Under such climatic conditions, the amount of water evaporated from the lake exceeds the amount of water replenished. Moreover, under the strong evaporation, the lake water is continuously concentrated, and the salt content is gradually increased, forming different kinds of salt deposits at the bottom of the lake and forming salt lakes. Thirdly, there are various sources of salt in different salt lakes, but they all need rich saline substances to flow into the lake continuously to ensure a certain salinity in the salt lakes.
