The conditions for applying for nurse practice registration are as follows

The conditions of nurse's practice registration include studying professional courses, passing the nurse's practice qualification examination, and obtaining nursing professional qualifications and degree certificates recognized by the Ministry of Education abroad.

Registered as a nurse practitioner, that is, after combining the nurse practice examination with the primary (bachelor's) examination of nursing specialty, those who pass the national primary qualification examination of nursing specialty and obtain the primary (bachelor's) qualification certificate of nursing specialty can register for practice. To apply for nurse practice registration, the following conditions shall be met.

1. It is proposed to be employed by medical and health institutions to engage in nursing work.

2. Have full capacity for civil conduct.

3, in secondary vocational schools, colleges and universities to complete the general full-time nursing and midwifery professional courses stipulated by the Ministry of Education and the National Health and Wellness Commission for more than 3 years, including in teaching and general hospitals (including hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine and hospitals of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, the same below) to complete nursing clinical practice for more than 8 months, and obtain corresponding academic certificates;

Obtained nursing professional qualifications and degree certificates recognized by the Ministry of Education abroad, and completed nursing clinical practice in our province for more than 8 months in accordance with relevant regulations.

4. Pass the nurse qualification examination organized by the National Health and Wellness Committee.

5. Meet the health standards stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Nurse Practice Registration.

Registration materials:

1. Application Form for First Registration of Nurses (original).

2, the applicant's identity certificate (copy of the original inspection).

3, the nursing professional primary (bachelor) level qualification examination results qualified certificate or/and "nurse qualification certificate" (the original inspection).

4. Diploma of nursing major (including midwifery major) recognized by the state (excluding professional qualifications of all kinds of doctors) and proof of academic qualification verification or valid proof of planned enrollment (see document No.83 of Guangdong Health Office [2005] for details) (submit a copy of the original).

5. A valid certificate of the position of nurse to be employed by the medical institution (excluding the position of nurse assistant or assistant nurse and paramedic).

6, the effective proof of clinical practice of medical units and business technology assessment certificate.

7. The "Guangdong Provincial Nurses' Registered Health Examination Form" (original) issued by the second-level hospitals and maternal and child health hospitals where the employer is located within 6 months.
