What are the main measures for health and longevity?

(1) Usually sleep 8 hours a day.

(2) Eat breakfast regularly and eat well, preferably meat. Eat more lunch or dinner.

(3) Don't eat snacks, eat three meals a day regularly.

(4) Don't smoke.

(5) Drink less, no more than one or two cups a day.

(6) Maintain the best weight, with the minimum being 10% of the standard weight and the maximum being 20%. Go to the hospital for examination at least once a year.

(7) Exercise regularly.
