The process of health certificate is as follows:
1, according to the personnel list determined by the health supervision agency, go to the health inspection unit for preventive health inspection, and uniformly use the Preventive Health Checklist of People's Republic of China (PRC) formulated by the Ministry of Health;
2. Conduct a physical examination before handling the health certificate;
3. Bring your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, get the medical examination form, paste the photos (the other one is for the health certificate), and fill in the basic information such as name and gender;
4. Laboratory blood collection and stool anal swab test;
5, internal and surgical routine physical examination;
6, X-ray chest X-ray;
7. Complete all physical examination items;
8. If the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, health certificates shall be issued after passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions. If the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing a health certificate, a health certificate shall not be issued.
To sum up, health certificate refers to the proof of preventive health examination, which proves that the examinee has the health quality to engage in the prescribed business.

Thirteenth health supervisors have the right to conduct on-site inspections in public places and ask for relevant information, and business units shall not refuse or conceal it. Health supervisors have the responsibility to keep the technical information provided confidential. Health supervisors in public places should wear badges and show their certificates when performing their tasks.
