According to the sleep statistical cycle of wearable devices, the sleep before 20:00 will be recorded to the day before, and the sleep after 20:00 will be recorded to the day.
When the scientific sleep switch is not turned on, the wearable device is in normal sleep mode. When wearing a wearable device to sleep, the wearable device will automatically identify the time of entering sleep, exiting sleep, deep sleep and shallow sleep, and synchronize it to the sports health App.
Select health monitoring > on the sports health App device details page; Scientific sleep, turn on the scientific sleep switch. It can accurately identify deep sleep, shallow sleep, rapid eye movement and awakening, and help to obtain sleep quality evaluation and improvement suggestions.
View sleep data: Enter sleep card on the homepage of Sports Health App, where you can view historical sleep data and make statistics by day, week, month and year.
After turning on the scientific sleep function, the power consumption of the equipment will increase slightly.
When the device detects sleep, it will automatically turn off the functions such as the screen is always on, notification, call reminder, raising the wrist to light up the screen, etc., so as to avoid being disturbed by phone calls and messages during sleep.
The sports health App turns on the don't disturb mode, and the mobile phone is turned off, which does not affect scientific sleep monitoring.
