Three suggestions on eating oil scientifically 1. Linseed oil is the main edible oil. Because linseed oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. 2. Homemade blending oil. Residents can reasonably mix and use different edible vegetable oils. We suggest mixing one part of linseed oil with two parts of soybean oil or two parts of peanut oil. Of course, it is better to blend olive oil with camellia oil. 3. Avoid long-term single intake of edible oil rich in omega-6 fatty acids.
