Operation method:
1. If you fill in the electronic form, first save the screenshot of the health code and travel code on the desktop, then click the form, right click and insert the picture, and you can directly insert the health code picture into the form.
2. Insert a picture, find the saved picture on the desktop, and click OK to enlarge or reduce it appropriately.
3. If it is a paper version of the form, just write a name, application date, and then write the health code color.
