After comprehensive judgment, in view of the grim situation of epidemic prevention and control in our county, the county epidemic prevention and control headquarters decided to strictly implement control measures throughout Laoting County. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
1. All village-run enterprises in the county implement closed management. Each village, community and enterprise only reserves the entrance to 1 and arranges special personnel to be on duty 24 hours a day. All vehicles and personnel who do not need to enter or leave the music station are advised to leave. If it is really necessary to enter and leave the music station, it is necessary to fully implement temperature measurement, check travel itinerary, health code, pass and 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, and register the identity, source and destination in detail.
3. During the overall control period, all business premises in the county will be closed except for urban operation guarantee industries such as water, electricity and life support, communication and logistics. Employees of key enterprises, construction sites, fixed-point supply units and other market entities shall eat and live in their own units and shall not return to their places of residence without approval. Public officials who sink into the community must take the initiative to participate in the epidemic prevention work in the community and obey the deployment.
4. All tourist attractions, service places and public places in the county are temporarily closed, and the reopening time will be notified separately according to the epidemic prevention and control situation.

Funeral services such as funeral homes, cemeteries, and public welfare columbariums suspend the provision of sweeping services.
6. Strictly implement the prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, checking two yards and one certificate, leaving 2 meters at the entrance of medical institutions, and comprehensively do a good job in the prevention and control of hospital sensation.
7. All takeout, express delivery, etc. Strictly implement various measures for the prevention and control of epidemic situation in the industry.
8. Suspension of large-scale meetings, activities, training, performances, exhibitions, promotions and other assembly activities.
9. County Market Supervision Bureau, Business Promotion Bureau, Industry and Information Bureau, Agriculture and Rural Bureau, Development and Reform Bureau and other departments make overall arrangements to ensure the supply and distribution of basic living materials.
10. During the control period, pregnant women, infants, emergency patients and other people with urgent medical needs should contact their villages or call 120 for timely treatment.
Please earnestly implement the personal responsibility for epidemic prevention and control, consciously abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations, and actively cooperate with relevant work. Those who do not listen to persuasion and refuse to implement control instructions, resulting in the risk of epidemic spread, will be seriously investigated for responsibility according to relevant laws and regulations.
