Health declaration system
All immigrants must submit a health declaration form. In order to save paper, immigrants are advised to submit health declaration forms electronically as much as possible. After completing the online submission, the system will issue a QR code. Please download the declaration results, and show the downloaded declaration results to the border inspectors when entering the country. When entering Hong Kong International Airport, the QR code is valid for 96 hours (if entering through land control station, the QR code is valid for 24 hours). In addition, immigrants can continue to fill in and submit paper health declaration forms.
