What do you think of the investigation of school physical education and mental health?

As a physical education worker, we should pay more attention to improving students' mental health while improving their physical health. We should carry out necessary mental health education during the period of students' school, so that students can find and solve problems in time and carry out reasonable psychological treatment for them.

(1) Cultivate noble sentiments and improve mental health.

Sports are generally characterized by hardship, fatigue, fierceness, tension and fierce competition. When students take part in physical exercise, they are always accompanied by strong emotional experience and obvious will. Therefore, through sports, it is helpful to cultivate students' ideological style of being brave and tenacious, overcoming difficulties, and to cultivate the will quality of unity, friendship, wit, flexibility, calmness and decisiveness, modesty and prudence. Let students maintain a positive, healthy and uplifting mental state. Physical education teachers should combine the characteristics of physical education class, infiltrate ideological education into the whole process of physical education class, adopt vivid and effective methods to guide students and promote the healthy development of psychology.

(2) Teachers should maintain a correct attitude towards students in teaching.

Sports help students understand themselves. Sports are mostly collective and competitive activities, and their ability, cultivation and charm will be clearly displayed, so that they can have a more real understanding of themselves. Exercise also helps self-education. On the basis of a more correct understanding of self, we should consciously or unconsciously correct our own understanding and behavior, cultivate and improve the psychological quality and various abilities needed by society, and make ourselves more in line with social needs and adapt to society.

(C) to strengthen interpersonal relationships and promote psychological compatibility

Teachers help students to plan and manage themselves according to their physical and mental characteristics and specific conditions, so that students' sense of autonomy can be fully reflected. Harmonious interpersonal relationships make people feel safe. Students living in a harmonious atmosphere will increase the collective cohesion and centripetal force, not only improve the learning efficiency, but also fully tap their own potential, which is of great benefit to physical and mental health, and is conducive to the all-round development of students and the formation of sound personality.
