How to Cultivate Students' Healthy Psychology in Art Education

As a molecule in the universe, space and time, man is very small and even fragile. However, people's ideological space has infinite extension and connotation. Art education requires students to feel beauty and express some aesthetic feelings in the form of works, which is the expression and expression of people's inner feelings. Due to the accelerated pace of life and the increase of information in modern society, many students obtain all kinds of information beyond people's imagination through newspapers, television and the Internet. On the one hand, this information broadens students' horizons, but on the other hand, it also has a great influence on students' psychology. Art, as a humanities subject, pays more attention to the cultivation of students' emotions, attitudes and values, meets the needs of students' development, combines the development of students' various abilities with specific art activities, improves students' interest and self-confidence, enables students to understand and learn to unite and cooperate with others, experience the joy of successful cooperation, improve students' psychological quality and make them develop healthily and harmoniously. In the performance of art education works, if students have a healthy psychology, they can show positive works with certain aesthetic needs. On the contrary, if students have distorted and unhealthy aesthetic psychology, they will show what they think is "beautiful", including some works with violent and destructive tendencies. So how to cultivate students' healthy psychology in art education? I want to talk about the following aspects:

First, enter life to stimulate love and confidence in life and cultivate healthy psychology.

Life is the birthplace of all good things. A person who is full of love and affection for life must be a person with healthy and confident psychological quality. In our art education, as teachers, we should take our children to observe the things around us, let them discover the beauty in life with their own personal feelings and experiences, and confidently refine and express the beauty in this life, so as to cultivate children's love for life and self-confidence in expression.

For example, in the teaching of "Four Seasons Tree", when I asked the students to talk about the colors of the trees in each season in their impression, when asked what color the trees in spring were, I was surprised that the students answered so uniformly, "tender green". What about summer? "Dark green" autumn? "golden yellow", ... the children's answers are so natural, aren't they wrong? It's right to think about it. In most cases, it feels like that, but if you really observe it in life, there are actually many colors on a tree. So I asked my classmates to put down their textbooks and follow me to find the colors of this season in life. When they came to nature, the students jumped and ran happily. They were surprised to find that autumn is not only a kind of gold they want to show, but also many colors, such as green and red. They cheered for their discovery, and in the performance of the following works, the children became more confident, and they were able to boldly express trees with the colors they observed, thus presenting a variety of colorful pictures.

Second, cultivate students' healthy psychology by divergent thinking.

On the basis of refining beauty from life and carrying out aesthetic activities, in art education, we should also pay attention to further releasing students' thinking, cultivating students to find changes in routines, and using combination and decomposition in various materials and information to consider divergent thinking. Divergent thinking allows children to analyze and deal with problems from multiple angles when they encounter problems. At the same time, it can also create a relaxed and interesting learning environment and atmosphere for students, eliminate psychological barriers in students' hearts, and make students feel that learning is a kind of enjoyment and entertainment.

For example, in the teaching of "small flower ornaments", when I was demonstrating, I stuck the finished small flower ornaments on clothes for decoration, but some students stuck flowers on books, some on their hands, and some decorated them as hair ornaments. The children decorated their own small flower ornaments from many angles and enjoyed the fun of making them in a relaxed and happy atmosphere. Even those children who are not good enough, they are trying to make their works the best and actively decorate themselves.

Thirdly, infiltrate the humanistic atmosphere and cultivate students' healthy psychology.

The new course of fine arts proposes that fine arts teaching should permeate the connotation of fine arts culture, which is the embodiment of treating fine arts teaching from a higher level. Art teachers should guide students to participate in the inheritance and exchange of culture, change the situation that only skills and techniques dominate art teaching in the past, increase cultural content, and let students deeply understand and feel art culture in their studies. Any work of art is not isolated, but is produced in a certain cultural environment. In art teaching, students should be helped to better understand the significance of art works in a specific cultural environment; Through artistic works, students can better understand the humanistic and scientific characteristics of a society, deepen their understanding of culture and history, and deepen their understanding of the social role of art. Art courses are humanities courses, and pay more attention to people. Therefore, art teaching should fully reflect the cooperation and harmony between teachers and students, communicate and interact in an atmosphere full of humanistic spirit, and deepen aesthetic experience in emotional blending and ideological collision. Enable students to improve their interest in learning art and culture in a humanistic teaching atmosphere and establish correct cultural values.

Most children nowadays are only children. Due to too much care, some children become exclusive and selfish, and have poor psychological endurance when they have conflicts with others. Today, with the implementation of quality education, education is mainly to cultivate comprehensive talents who can adapt to the future society. They should not only have rich knowledge, but also have good psychological quality and interpersonal skills. In art classroom education, the infiltration of humanistic atmosphere is to cultivate students not only as creators, but also to introduce their own works to others, strengthen students' communication and cooperation ability with others, and let students fully release their personality charm.

In the teaching of "architecture I design", I not only let students design buildings, but also let them know the types and humanistic connotations of various buildings and the history of each building. On the basis of students' understanding, let students design and make freely. Finally, make a "sand table" of their buildings as a group, and let the group members go to the podium to introduce their designs. The introduction methods are flexible and diverse, either a paragraph, a story, a song or a dance, with only one condition: to make others interested in the buildings designed by your group. Students fully release their personalities by advertising words, singing, dancing and telling stories, and introduce some service facilities in these buildings to everyone, which makes students' interest particularly high. The exhibition not only cultivated their ability to cooperate, communicate and communicate with others, but also broadened their minds and cultivated their good communication skills and psychological quality.

Cultivating students' healthy psychology can also be started from many aspects. As teachers, we should pay enough attention to mental health education, establish a correct concept of psychological quality education, and run healthy psychological quality education through every link of our education, so that students can like art and learn art well in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.
