Success is doing simple things over and over again, and repeating things by heart. The following is the successful people I brought for you to grow experience, welcome to read.

Cai Liangyong: a Wenzhou businessman's struggle in Paris

A 17-year-old Wenzhou people in Paris, under the pressure of survival and the dream of getting rich constantly entrepreneurial, and constantly frustrated, and ultimately trained to become a successful businessman. His story epitomizes the survival of 150,000 Wenzhou businessmen in Paris

Cai Liangyong has been frequently wandering around the country in the past two years. Whenever he arrives at a city, the first place he goes is always the local electronics market. This has become a habit he has developed over the years.

He is 42 years old, with a lion's nose and a loyal face, and always walks with his head down on the streets where stores are densely packed. It's hard to imagine that he is a Wenzhou businessman who has been in Paris for 25 years, and also owns his own factories, numerous joint ventures and invests in real estate in China.

The complex experience in Paris has always made him feel elusive about this thing called fate. One day recently, he met a mysterious fortune-teller in Paris. The fortune-teller, once a popular figure in the business world, went bankrupt one day and changed his profession to study divination. He told Cai Liangyong two secrets with a stony face: people's money and wealth are predestined in their past lives; you are destined to have horizontal wealth.

"These two things I believe." Cai Liangyong grinned and laughed. He always stared into your eyes when he laughed, and the grin was accompanied by a silent and persistent shaking of his body until it was confirmed that his message of happiness had reached your perceptual system.

But how could he not have smiled like that 20 years ago? "Back then, the streets of Paris were perpetually foggy and you couldn't see very far; people walked with a light, panicky heart." He recalled.

No sunshine in paradise

Cai Liangyong's idea to go to France 25 years ago was entirely due to the encouragement and temptation of his fellow countrymen. He was 17 years old and working in a construction company in Wenzhou. At that time, there were already more than 150,000 Wenzhou people in Paris, France, and his fellow countrymen kept sending postcards back, so he couldn't feel at ease.

It was 1982 when he finally persuaded his parents and got a ticket to Paris from them.

The first time he flew to Paris, he still remembers the tension and excitement, and says he still flies back and forth between the two places every year, but he doesn't feel it anymore, but what he didn't realize at the time was that from the moment he stepped off the plane, the long, poor days had officially begun.

In the first year of his arrival, not only did he not see the imagined "paradise", he did not even see the sun in Paris. He sat in the gray leather bag factory of a relative's house, looking at the scissors, rope and glue in front of him, and finally realized the cruelty of reality. He has also since been burdened with the same arduous mission as all overseas Wenzhou people - to be a boss and make a fortune.

"My youth was spent in bitterness." Skinny Cai Liangyong had not moved the car clothing machine before at all, much less withstand the day and night rush to work. The work he did, with its poor quality and slow speed, simply could not satisfy his relatives who were his bosses. After all, the relatives took him abroad to arrange for him to enter the factory, but also calculated the cost.

A year later, he said goodbye to the purse factory in the midst of his relatives' complaints. He first borrowed someone else's tailoring machine, and asked other folks to borrow a little skin, designed a bag of their own, to the street to sell. But no one bought it, so he had to go from grocery store to grocery store to sell it. A Phnom Penh boss could not resist his softly, took the bag, paid a few francs.

"Out of the store, I went straight to a grocery store, bought a packet of hawthorn slices, and ate them while I danced along the way." This was the first business he made in Paris. Numerous subsequent deals have not been as exciting as this one.

But his purse dreams soon fell away, and the next bags he made went unnoticed. The pressure of rent and living expenses began to force him to wander the streets. First, he found a French garment factory and went there to sew, but he was not born to step on the machine, and after a few days of clumsy work, he was kicked out by the boss. Luckily, the reputable Frenchman still gave him 50 francs (a week's wages).

He then found a factory in Phnom Penh, and was lucky enough to meet two sisters, Daling and Xiaoling, who were fellow workers. A month passes, the boss sees that Cai's working condition is not good and wants to kick him out, so the two sisters step forward and they threaten the boss to quit their jobs as well. The boss had no choice but to reluctantly keep him for six months. The two sisters then happily dragged him to a cabaret to celebrate, but when he arrived at the subway entrance, he was embarrassed to stand still - the money in his pocket was not even enough to buy a subway ticket.

Cai Liangyong realized that there are many garment factories in Paris, and everyone has to eat work box lunch. So he introduced himself to his bosses, saying he was a chef from China and could serve dinner. Every night when he went to someone else's garment factory to deliver food, he told them that he had driven them there in high spirits. Then, after exiting the factory, he turned the corner when no one was looking, jumped into a bus**** car and went home. Unfortunately, a week later, his poor taste in cooking and can not change any new tricks, soon revealed the truth. Only to face the embarrassment of unemployment again.

Time after time, bankruptcy after bankruptcy

Two years after arriving in Paris, he and another skilled fellow garment maker looked at a store together, and finally intended to partner to open a clothing store, each contributing half of the capital.

There is a very popular "standard" system among the Wenzhou people, that is, we pay to help a person who wants to do business, saving him the time to accumulate seed money, and then the person and then a fixed amount per month back to one of them, until all the liabilities are paid off. This approach is very effective in private small businesses that have difficulty in obtaining loans, and fellow townspeople trust each other.

Cai Liangyong racked his brains to find all the people he knew and marked a meeting. But he raised money from the need to invest is still short of 50,000 francs, in desperation, he rented his own rented a room at 300 francs per month, the condition is that the other party to pay a deposit of 50,000 dollars.

The price he offered was very low, but the idea of a deposit solved his problem. The new store could also be used as a temporary home later. The rental contract was finally finalized the day before he signed the contract for the store, but as a rule, the new tenant didn't finally pay until after he moved in.

In order to get the store signed for the next day, he decided to move out a day early to allow the tenant to move in. It was a difficult night to be homeless, and he spent the whole night walking through the brightly lit streets of Paris with his deposit in his pocket and his bags in his hand.

The store materialized, but the money to buy the equipment was not enough, so he fought with the manufacturer to get installments. However, they still suffered a loss due to the lack of experience in opening a store. At the time, the workers hired by the store were "black workers" (hired workers without declared work contracts), and since the workers did not file tax returns, they were paid entirely in cash, while the income from the goods was basically a check from the French for the price of the goods. Over the course of a year, the company books very high profits and needs to pay high taxes. After deducting costs and expenses, basically did not make any money.

That fellow partner that the business is not as profitable as their previous income, decided to give up with Cai Liangyong cooperation. But Cai's previous standard will be in debt has not yet been paid off, if the withdrawal will lose the opportunity to pay off the debt. So he gritted his teeth and returned the other side of the funds, one person to hold up the store. But this struggle is meaningless, his operation as worse, not long before the store closed and sold. After paying off the rest of the debt, he was left penniless.

"I understood the beggars in the subway very well from that day." Cai Liangyong said later. He was sitting in the aisle of the subway, hugging his knees and staring blankly at the beggars who were relaxing, playing and singing for money.

But he quickly pulled himself together and rented a factory again, still processing clothes. That's when he found himself in a management dilemma. He gave low wages, the workers to do the work is very slow, the efficiency can not go up. Later, he raised the wages, and the speed was immediately faster. But the workers of the heart eyes also with the experience in the accumulation, sometimes he counted the piece counted the workload of the workers, but while he went out to answer the phone for a few minutes, some of the workers and secretly take back a few pieces, counted in a new round of work.

The business slowly developed, he began to have more than 100,000 francs in hand, and wanted to develop a larger factory to make their own products. He hung around a few times in the Chinese-concentrated 'Paris 3' district and decided to produce men's swimming trunks. Because he saw the swim trunks store business is very good, especially sewing and cutting is very simple, do not have to hire a designer, as long as the selection of good flower cloth on the line.

But just as he was embarking on his ambitious plan to make his own garments, he realized that the large factory he had rented turned out to be a Jewish factory, and the Jews were seized by the police for hiring black workers and evading taxes, so naturally, this place became the focus of surveillance. It didn't take long for his factory to be raided and all the workers were expelled. Once again, his factory was at the end of its rope.

This time, he gave the key to someone else, and in addition to being penniless, he also took on a lot of debt. But for him, it wasn't the first time he'd gone bankrupt anyway.

Falling out of the sky and into thin air

It had become a habit for him to go out on the street when he was alone. He didn't know what was on the street, but he felt that fate was like a game of hide-and-seek, and that only by constantly observing and searching could he discover the mystery inside.

That day, he walked into a French-owned electrical store. "I can resell fax machines." Looking at the introductory materials of those practical and convenient electronic products, he was moved.

At that time, he did not even have the cost of entering a fax machine, he decided to take some information to sell first. It was 1988, and almost no one in the Chinese community knew about fax machines.

His first fax machine was sold to Mr. Duan, who was in the pants business, and he tried to explain to him, "You are such a big wholesaler, and you have to send samples to Auchan and Center every day, so it's very complicated! In the future, this machine will be good, just put the sample into the fax machine, the other party will immediately receive, do not have to send people over."

The other party was puzzled and accepted his suggestion to try it out for a few days. However, before the evening, his phone burst into life: "Mr. Cai ah, how can you even cheat Tongxiang, how can I not find the entrance to put the belt into the fax machine?!"

He took great pains to explain half a day, and the other person finally understood what was going on with the fax machine. Next, he sat at Mr. Duan's door every day waiting for him to pay off the goods. He was a man of few words, and in the face of his fellow countrymen, he could not ask for money. He waited for three days, and no one could get rid of him. Mr. Duan finally understood and paid him the money, which he needed for the second machine. From this time on, the business of selling one or two fax machines a month can make him barely enough to eat.

After graduating from elementary school at the age of 15, Wong Wing Ching went to work as an apprentice in a millet store. The next year, he opened his own millet store with 200 yuan borrowed from his father as capital. In order to compete with the Japanese rice store next door, Wang Yongqing had quite a lot of trouble. At that time, rice processing technology is relatively backward, the sale of rice mixed with rice bran, sand, small stones, etc., buyers and sellers are not surprised. Wang Yongqing is more of a mind, every time before selling rice in the rice in the debris pick clean, this extra service is very popular with customers.

Wang Yongqing sells rice more than rice home delivery, he was in a book on a detailed record of how many people in the customer's family, how much rice a month, when the payroll and so on. Calculating the customer's rice should be eaten up, then send rice door to door; wait until the customer payday, and then door to collect the rice money.

When he delivered rice to customers, he didn't just deliver it. He first helped people pour the rice into the rice bowl. If there is still rice in the jar, he pours out the old rice, brushes the jar clean, and then pours in the new rice and puts the old rice on top. In this way, the rice would not spoil because it had been left out for a long time. Many customers were y touched by this small gesture of his and bought his rice exclusively. In this way, his business became better and better. Starting from this small rice store, Y.C. Wang eventually became the "leading boss" of Taiwan's industrial sector today. Later, when he talked about the experience of opening a rice store, he said with emotion: "Although there was no management knowledge at that time, but in order to serve customers and do good business, it was considered necessary to grasp the needs of customers, and it did not occur to me that a little bit of the idea of pursuing actual needs could serve as the basis for the start, and gradually expand and evolve into the logic of business management.

This story gave me a deep inspiration and even moved me. The same is to sell rice, why can Wang Yongqing business to this realm? The key is that he used his heart! With the heart to research customers, research customer psychology, research customer needs, research how to meet customer needs. Not simply sell customers a simple product, but the customer's needs into their own service programs, with the product to give customers.

From this we can see the value of service. Customers can buy rice from other rice stores, but from the Wang Yongqing rice store to buy rice, will feel that their income is more than the value of the product, which is more than the value of the service. Touching service is not only covered by a smile, it is integrated in every detail of the work. If you go to measure, the standard of measurement is: whether you are in every aspect of the interaction with customers are carefully for the convenience of the customer and the interests of the customer? We should understand is: in today's highly developed technology, product convergence situation, a company if you want to survive and develop, there must be beyond the product so that customers are willing to support the reasons. Only willing to give the convenience to others, to give the benefits to others, to give the warmth to others, to give the service to others, in order to shape the unique charm of the enterprise, to win the hearts of customers.

A nationally renowned master salesman is about to say goodbye to his sales career, and at the invitation of the industry associations and the community, he will make a farewell career speech at the largest stadium in the city.

That day, the venue was packed, people were eagerly, anxiously waiting for the greatest salesman of our time, to make a wonderful speech. When the curtain slowly opened, the center of the stage hanging a huge iron ball. In order to this iron ball, the stage set up a tall iron frame.

An old man walked out and stood on one side of the iron frame in the warm applause of the people. He was wearing a red tracksuit, and his feet were a pair of white rubber shoes. People looked at him in amazement, wondering what he was going to do. At that moment two staff members, carrying a sledgehammer, placed it in front of the old man. The host then told the audience, "Please ask the two physically strong men to come to the stage. A lot of young people stood up, and in the blink of an eye, two of them ran to the stage as fast as they could. The old man then opened his mouth and told them the rules, asking them to use the sledgehammer, to hit the hanging iron ball, until it swings up.

A young man grabbed the hammer, open stance, swinging the sledgehammer, full force to the hanging iron ball smashed, an ear-splitting sound, the hanging ball did not move. He then smashed at the hanging ball with the sledgehammer one after another, and soon he was out of breath. Another man, not to be outdone, took over the sledgehammer and hit the ball with a clanging sound, but the ball remained motionless. The audience seemed to think it was useless, and waited for the old man to explain.

The venue returned to calm, the old man from his jacket pocket out of a small hammer, and then seriously, facing the huge iron ball. He used the hammer against the iron ball "thud" knocked, and then pause, and once again with the hammer "thud" knocked. People watched strangely as the old man just "thunked" the ball, then paused, and continued to do so.

Ten minutes past, twenty minutes past, the venue has long begun to stir, some people simply shouted and cursed, people with a variety of voices and actions to vent their dissatisfaction. The old man is still a small hammer a stop working, he seems not to hear what people are shouting. People began to leave angrily, and there was a large vacancy in the meeting place. The people who stayed behind seemed to be tired of shouting, and the venue gradually quieted down.

About forty minutes into the old man's life, a woman sitting in front of him suddenly screamed, "The ball is moving!" In a flash, the venue was immediately silent, and people looked intently at the iron ball. The ball moved with a very small degree of oscillation, and it was hard to notice without looking closely. The old man still hammering a small hammer, people seem to hear the sound of the hammer hitting the ball. Hanging ball in the old man a hammer hammer in the swing higher and higher, it pulls the iron frame "clang, clang" sound, its great power to shock the presence of everyone. Finally, a burst of applause broke out on the field, in the applause, the old man turned around, slowly put the small hammer into the pocket.

The old man opened his mouth to speak, and he said only one sentence: on the road to success, you do not have the patience to wait for the arrival of success, then, you have to use a lifetime of patience to face failure.
