1. General situation of the project:
This project is the No.3 high-rise building of Hanyuan Road Residential Quarter of West Railway, located in the courtyard of Hanyuan Road West Railway Material Supply Section in Xi 'an. The construction area of this project is 41,141.47 ㎡, with 34 floors above ground and one underground, and the building height is 99.1m The main structure is shear wall structure and the foundation is raft foundation. The construction period is from August 1st, 2xx to September 2th, 2xx, and the construction period lasts for 75 days.
2. Construction investigation:
1. Site and environment
The north of the project site is adjacent to Hanyuan Road, and the traffic is convenient, but the traffic control is strict. The main materials can only enter the site at night, and the concrete truck can enter the site at any time except from 5 pm to 8 pm. The construction site is surrounded by villages, markets and railway workers' buildings, and personnel activities are complicated, which brings certain difficulties to site management. Measures should be taken to strengthen site management to prevent disturbing people and people. The construction site is relatively narrow. The building is 8-18 meters away from the south wall of the site, about 5 meters away from the north wall, and about 45 meters away from the existing wall on the east side, which can basically meet the needs of production and life.
2. Geological and hydrological conditions
The terrain of the site is slightly undulating, and the original ground elevation is between .2m and .6m. The site belongs to slightly collapsible loess. The annual groundwater level is between -9.2 and -9.9 meters. The construction site is located in the courtyard of the west railway material supply section, and there are several drainage wells in the courtyard, which is convenient for drainage.
3. Meteorology
The rainy season in this area is August, September and October every year.
4. Transportation
Hanyuan Road is adjacent to the north, so the transportation is convenient and it can directly reach the construction site.
5. Water and electricity
There is a domestic water supply pipeline on the north side of the project site, which is very convenient for construction. There is a power distribution room in the northwest corner of the site, providing 63kva capacity, which can meet the needs of production and life, and it is more convenient to use electricity.
6. Communication
All construction management personnel are equipped with mobile phones, and the office is equipped with a landline.
7. Material supply
This project is close to Daming Palace building materials market and North Third Ring Road building materials market, and the material procurement is relatively convenient. Commercial concrete is used for concrete. The commercial concrete station is about 1 kilometers away from the construction site, and the supply of commercial concrete is sufficient.
8. Temporary works
Temporary housing can be built on the east side of the site, and there is an open space of about 35 -4 meters on the east side of the site, which fully meets the needs of life.
9. Environment and Hygiene
As this project is located in a residential area, it requires higher environmental protection, and the construction site should be fenced and noise reduced, especially during the college entrance examination in July. Construction at night will be prohibited. No construction waste shall be left after the construction. Vehicles entering and leaving the site must be washed before they can go on the road, so washing equipment must be set at the entrance of the site.

1. Layout of construction site
The whole site is enclosed by colored steel enclosures, with a height of 1.8m. The south side of the site is the production area, mainly equipped with steel processing shed, raw material stacking area and finished product stacking area, woodworking site adjacent to the steel bar area, and circulating material stacking area adjacent to the woodworking area. The east-west construction main road is set in the south side of the site, and the hydropower material warehouse and processing area are located in the construction main road.
2. Precipitation
Because the local groundwater level is low, with an average of 9.2 to 9.9 meters below the ground, the elevation of the basement of this project is 6.7 meters below the ground, so the problem of foundation pit precipitation is not considered.
3. Slope protection
The wall of the foundation pit has been supported by shotcrete and anchor, but there are still some foundation pits that are not in place, so it is necessary to excavate the foundation pit where the size is not in place again, and the exposed soil after excavation should be covered with plastic sheets to prevent the rain from washing away.

1. Overview of the project
Daxing-Sinan Expressway is the national expressway network. The total length of Hangrui Expressway in Guizhou Province is about 615 kilometers. The project starts from Fenghuang to Daxing section of Hangrui Expressway, passes through Chuandong, Tongren, Bahuang, Jiangkou and ends at Fanjing Mountain, with a mileage of K+ ~ K84+6. This bid section is responsible for the system establishment, equipment installation and debugging of road monitoring system, communication system and toll collection system. The bid section includes six interchanges, six toll stations, two service areas, two parking areas, a monitoring sub-center, a communication sub-center and a toll collection sub-center. The contract duration of this bid is 151 days, the planned commencement date is 2xx September 16th, and the completion date is 2xx February 15th.
2. System composition and engineering quantity statistics
Our company undertakes the road communication system, monitoring system and toll collection system in this contract section. The monitoring system consists of the monitoring center of Guizhou Province-Tongren Monitoring Sub-center-monitoring field equipment (the monitoring center of Guizhou Province is not included in this design scope). The field equipment mainly includes 6 sets of microwave vehicle detectors, 11 sets of field cameras, 13 sets of cantilever variable information signs, 3 sets of portal variable information signs, 1 set of meteorological detectors and 4 sets of LED electronic display screens. The communication system is composed of Guizhou Toll Center-Tongren Toll Sub-center-unmanned toll station and other equipment (Guizhou Monitoring Center is not included in this design scope). Communication stations include Tongren East Communication Station, provincial unmanned communication station, Daxing unmanned communication station, dam plate unmanned communication station, Jiangkou unmanned communication station and Fanjingshan unmanned communication station. The whole line is equipped with a program-controlled switch, a differential multiplexer (ADM) and an optical line terminal (OLT). The charging management system of the charging system adopts three levels of management: provincial charging center (not within the scope of this design), charging sub-center and toll station. There are 6 toll stations in this contract section, including provincial boundary toll station, Daxing toll station, Tongren East toll station, Dam Plate toll station, Jiangkou toll station and Fanjingshan toll station. The whole territory is dominated by mountains, accounting for 67.8% of the total area, followed by hills, accounting for 28.3%, and bazi and other landforms account for only 3.9%. The old road (provincial highway 35) in this area passes through mountainous areas and hilly areas, and the terrain of the road fluctuates greatly. The route is basically located on the mountainside, and the construction units such as civil works and tunnels in the early stage have poor road conditions.
2. Hydrometeorology
This project is located in tongren city. Tongren city belongs to the humid climate zone in the middle subtropical zone, and the climate is obviously affected by the monsoon. Its basic climatic characteristics are as follows: the spring temperature is changeable and there is more rain; Summer is hot and sunny; Autumn temperature drops rapidly, cloudy and rainy; Winter is less cold and frost-free period is long; The annual average temperature is about 18 degrees Celsius, with January in Leng Yue, with an average temperature of 2 ~ 6 degrees Celsius, and July in the hottest month, with an average temperature of 24 ~ 28 degrees Celsius. The temperature in the west is higher than that in the east under the same height comparison; There is abundant rainfall in China, with an average annual rainfall of 11 ~ 14 mm, which is concentrated in April ~ August, accounting for 6% ~ 65% of the annual rainfall, and the annual sunshine hours are 125 hours.
III. Construction and living conditions
1. Our unit's bid section is mainly located in mountainous areas, with few construction access roads, and the 35 provincial highway is mainly used during construction. The highway crosses the mountainous area and is built along the foot of the mountain. The route is basically the same as that of Dasi Expressway under construction.
2. There are rivers in the mountains of the construction site, so it is convenient to take water. Construction personnel should enhance environmental awareness and prevent environmental pollution. Some civil engineering, housing construction and tunnel units have not been evacuated, so it is convenient to get electricity. In addition, for the convenience of construction and emergency needs, our unit will also be equipped with 2 ~ 3 generators.
3. The project is located in the mountainous area of northeast Guizhou, where the economy is relatively backward, the price is relatively cheap, and it is easier to hire labor. Towns are evenly distributed along the project, so it is easier to purchase and transport self-purchased materials.
4. Living conditions: Combined with the actual distribution of the project, in order to ensure convenient coordination, command and construction, the project management department is located in Shenjia Village, Xieqiao Town, tongren city suburb. The construction site is about 2 kilometers away from the urban center, which is very convenient for daily life and office procurement. There are large hospitals such as tongren city District Hospital, tongren city Second People's Hospital and tongren city Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in the urban area, with advanced medical facilities and complete facilities. Tap water is used in the station, and electricity is used by residents. The load can meet the office needs of the project department.
5. Tongren is a multi-ethnic area, where Tujia, Miao, Dong, Gelao, Manchu and other ethnic minorities live. Tujia Spring Festival, lanterns, tea lanterns, dragon lanterns, playing with money poles, walking on stilts and other folk dance performances are colorful. During the Chinese New Year in Tongren, there are no lights, no knives, no splashing water, no talking loudly, and the whole family get together to eat fresh dishes and meals cooked overnight. Miao people, however, have the custom of going to the mountains and going to the fire. It is the key to get along with local residents and ethnic minorities in harmony to fully respect the customs and habits of ethnic minorities in the construction process and daily life, such as clothing, diet, marriage, etiquette and funeral.
IV. Engineering interface (civil engineering, housing construction)
Daxing Interchange, the first pavement of Jiangkou Interchange and Fanjingshan has just been formed, the silicon core pipe is embedded, the steel pipe is embedded and the hand well has not started; The second layer of cement pavement is being paved at the dam-plate interchange, and the bridge deck on the interchange is being bound with guardrail steel bars, with silicon core pipes embedded, steel pipes embedded and hand wells not started; The pavement of Tongren West Interchange has been initially formed, but the embedding of silicon core pipes, the embedding of steel pipes and the manhole have not started, and the subgrade of Tongren East Interchange is still soil pavement. Xiangyang service area, Tongren service area, Bahuang parking area and Miaokuang parking area are being filled for pavement, and silicon core pipes are embedded, steel pipes are embedded and manhole is not done; The foundation pavement of the provincial toll station has been formed, and the foundation of the toll station building is being made. The steel-plastic composite pressure pipe crossing the road here has been embedded, but the silicon core pipe and steel pipe are not embedded, so the hand well is under construction. The related interfaces of Fanjingshan Toll Station, Jiangkou Toll Station, Bapan Toll Station, Tongren East Toll Station and Daxing Toll Station, such as war zone and housing construction, have not been formed, and supporting facilities such as hand wells and embedded pipelines have not yet been presented.
V. Suggestions on construction of key and difficult projects
All the projects undertaken by the project management department will be organized in an orderly manner as planned, and all construction links in the project will be effectively controlled to fully ensure the smooth completion of quality objectives and progress indicators.
1. Key points of optical cable installation project
a. First, prepare the laying plan, list the optical cable, and prepare the necessary machines and materials, such as suspension, crane and tag. When laying cables on vertical bridge, scaffolding will be set up and communication tools will be equipped.
b, according to the weight, length and direction of optical cable, determine the construction personnel and machines, and conduct unified command when laying to ensure construction safety. When laying optical cable in the same bridge bracket, it will follow the order of lower layer first, upper layer first, inner layer first and outer layer first, and proceed in an orderly manner to avoid twisting and wrong holes of optical cable.
c, when laying optical cables, label plates will be compiled and hung in time, and the optical cables shall be arranged in horizontal rows and vertical columns, with the same lead-out direction and allowance, and the same spacing, so as to ensure that the optical cables are arranged neatly and beautifully, which is convenient for maintenance.
d, when laying the optical cable, there will be a certain margin, and the length of the margin will be specified in the specification, and the wire rod will be marked.
5 The minimum bending radius of optical cable conforms to the specification, and intermediate joints will be avoided as far as possible in cable control.
2. Key points of communication power supply system construction
The construction contents and sequence are as follows:
A. Before installation, the incoming goods shall be accepted, and the packaging shall be complete, the appearance shall be free from damage, the paint surface shall be free from damage, and the equipment frame and panel shall be free from deformation and collision marks.
b, the battery voltage should be about 12.3V, and the deviation between each monomer should be within .5V.
c, before installation, the equipment should be cleaned. The distance from the wall should not be less than 2cm or it will not affect the maintenance. Sufficient operating space shall be reserved for the equipment to be maintained and operated, and the equipment door shall be fully opened and closed.
d, anti-static measures should be taken in the computer room without anti-static facilities to ensure safe grounding. And dig cable trench or cable trough on the ground.
e, when installing equipment in rows, ensure that the panels are in a line. Ensure that the deepest equipment has enough operating space. F, the battery should be installed in a well-ventilated special battery cabinet or battery rack, and ensure the stability of the battery pack, individual equipment and group equipment should ensure good grounding.
3. Construction essentials of variable information sign installation project
A. Understand the road and traffic conditions, determine the specific construction scheme (cargo transportation route, construction time arrangement, etc.)

4, monitoring equipment foundation construction essentials
a, the size, fixing method and technical requirements of the foundation flange are discussed in detail, and a detailed foundation construction drawing is made and submitted to the supervision engineer for approval.
