The basic movements of Tik Tok flat wire are taught as follows:

Let diabolo rotate, let diabolo rotate at high speed, aim at the small head of diabolo, and the big head faces outwards. Diabolo has a big head parallel to the body and a small head perpendicular to the body. At this time, the right hand vigorously throws the diabolo to the right, and at the same time, the right hand rod is wound into the diabolo shaft.

Then the left and right hands exert force, and then pull the diabolo back to the left side at the same time, and the right hand exerts force to pull the diabolo to the right side of the body. At the same time, the polar line of the left hand comes out from the big end (outside) of diabolo, which was just bypassed by the right hand.

The right-hand polar line goes down with the trend, and the line winds around the diabolo shaft from the small head of diabolo. When diabolo falls, the two lines on the axis will still cross at the beginning.

Due to inertia, both hands pull the diabolo from the left and pull it to the right at the same time. The left-hand polar line is wound from the big end of diabolo, and the right-hand polar line is wound on the diabolo shaft from the small end of diabolo. When diabolo falls, the two lines on the central thin axis are still the previous cross pattern.

Repeatedly doing this action, diabolo is formed to rotate back and forth around the body, like a coil wire, hence the name coil wire.
