Thirty-first urban built-up areas prohibit the following acts:
(a) using loudspeakers or other high-noise means to attract customers in commercial operations; ?
(two) unauthorized use of car loudspeakers for sightseeing;
(three) entertainment, fitness, commercial publicity, large-scale social activities, the use of audio equipment is too loud, interfering with the normal rest and life of others; ?
(four) other acts that interfere with the normal rest and life of others.
