Allergic urticaria is mostly caused by allergic mechanism. Every attack is particularly itchy hands and feet, numbness in limbs, difficulty breathing and numbness in the head. Then there will be some blisters like soybeans on your body. I cross the street before every attack, mostly at night. Take some medicine every time you have an attack, and it will disappear in about 3 hours. Patients and friends should pay attention.
2. Cold urticaria
Every winter when the cold wind blows, some people's skin itches. Even when they are exposed to cold air, cold water or cold things, rashes will appear on the exposed skin or on the parts where they are exposed to cold things. In severe cases, numbness of hands, numbness of lips, chest tightness, palpitation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, syncope and even shock may occur. Cold shock is one of the causes of drowning, and sometimes eating cold drinks can cause swelling of the mouth and throat. Sometimes cold urticaria is not a simple skin disease, but a symptom caused by other diseases, such as cryoglobulinemia, paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria, cold fibrinogen, cold hemolysis and so on. When such symptoms are found, you should go to the hospital in time.
3. Symptoms of artificial urticaria
Some people don't know when to start, and suddenly they can't stand scratching. After scratching the skin by hand or scratching it with a blunt instrument, a strip-shaped protrusion appears along the scratch, accompanied by itching, which quickly disappears. Symptoms of cholinergic urticaria: more common in young people. After exercise, high temperature, nervousness and eating hot food, a rash appears. The rash is very small, mostly distributed in the chest and upper limbs, and it is itchy. It will fade in half an hour to an hour, or it will fade after washing with cold water. Teenagers' friends should pay more attention to their lives.
4. Symptoms of papular urticaria
Papular urticaria is mostly caused by insect bites and is common in infants. Lesions are usually round or spindle-shaped rash-like lesions, with blisters as big as needles and beans at the top, which are scattered or clustered. Common in limbs, trunk and buttocks. Generally, after a few days to 1 week, the lesion can subside on its own, leaving a temporary stain. Skin lesions can often occur in batches in a period of time. Papular urticaria is itchy, and repeated scratching can cause pyoderma.
5. Cholinergic urticaria
When you are heated, nervous, eating hot food or drink, or after exercise, your body temperature rises slightly. The heated blood flow stimulates the brain's thermoregulatory center, excites cholinergic nerves and releases acetylcholine. If you are allergic to this chemical, you may have an allergic reaction. There is no rash in this allergic reaction, only acupuncture and severe itching, and a red wind mass of about 2 mm can appear on the skin near the trunk and limbs (except armpits, palms and soles), which comes and goes quickly and leaves no trace.
