Yang Chengang, born in 1979 in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, graduated from Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics, is a male singer, musician, and chairman of the board of directors of Beijing Chengang World Culture Media Co.

In 2004, Yang Chengang released the single "Mouse Loves Rice"; in the same year, he released his first solo album of the same name, joined Feile Records, and won the Golden Melody Award for Transmission of Songs; in 2005, he won the Metro Mandarin Power Online Songs Award and the Best Online Songs Award at the Chinese Music Media Awards for Mice Love Rice; he starred in the TV drama Mice Love Rice in the same year, and published the novel Mice Love Rice.
