Qi Baishi (1864 ~ 1957), formerly known as Chunmang, was born in Xiangtan, Hunan. China painter. I was engaged in carving in my early years. Xu Zhong Zi Qi, a bosom friend

This is a couplet presented by Qi Baishi to Wang Senran. Wang Senran (1895 ~ 1984) taught in Beijing Normal School, Yulin Normal School and Suiyuan Normal School in his early years. At that time, Liu Zhidan, Du Fu and Hubei all worked for him. 1924, Yulin Xunkan and Sister Xunkan were edited in Tianjin. Yu Qian, who teaches Chinese painting, has a close relationship with Qi Baishi, who sponsored an art exhibition in the 1940s. Because he is proficient in six books, he once explained Zhong Ding's inscriptions on bronze and The Biography of Great Filial Piety to Baishi. This couplet by painter Baishi expresses his reverence for his close friend Wang Senran and Zhong Ziqi, and his respect and affection for his close friend Wang Senran.

Wang Moshu in the first couplet is Wang Wei, a poet and painter in the Tang Dynasty. Wang Wei has created a large number of landscape poems in his life. Dong Qichang, a painter and painter in the Ming Dynasty, called him the ancestor of the Southern Song Dynasty, and said that "literati painting began in Wang Youcheng".
