How many beaches are open in Rizhao?

There are many names of bathing beaches in Rizhao, which make friends who come to travel dizzy. Let me explain something to you:

1, the first bathing beach: Shijiu bathing beach (disappeared)

There is no first bathing beach now, because it has become a part of Rizhao Port. Shijiutan in the 1980s has become a childhood memory of many Rizhao people.

2. The second bathing place: Wanpingkou Beach (free bathing place)

Wanpingkou Beach is characterized by thick beach, deep sea, heavy wind and waves, crowded people and complete recreational facilities along the coast. This is the nearest bathing place to Rizhao city. Haiqu Road goes straight to the east and crosses Wanpingkou Bridge. As the window of Rizhao tourism, Wanpingkou has well-built comprehensive landscape entertainment plaza, shower room, dressing room, locker, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, tourist souvenir street and other perfect supporting facilities, and there are many hotels around. Convenient transportation and regular parking lot. There is a landmark tidal tower in Rizhao, not far from another landmark lighthouse in Rizhao, and there are free and open attractions such as the World Sailing Base and the Olympic Water Park nearby. Therefore, although the second bathing beach is not the first choice for swimming in the sea, as an open and free scenic spot, it is a must-see place for Rizhao tourism and a good place to experience surfing and go out to sea by boat. The bus stop here is called "Wanpingkou Ecological Park", and no.5, no.6, no.32 and no.33 can be reached.

3. The third bath: Golden Beach Bath, Shanhaitian Bath and Taigong Island Bath (free bath).

In fact, it also includes Golden Beach Bath, Shanhaitian Bath and Taigong Island Bath. These baths are connected for several kilometers, and there is no isolation between them. I am also ignorant. Let's call it the third bathing beach.

Taigong Island is mainly a reef. Although the beach here is relatively flat, there are reefs and sand in the sea, so it is more suitable for catching sand and not swimming, so this is an area where swimming in the sea is prohibited. To the north of Taigong Island is the third bathing beach, which is characterized by fine sand, shallow water, small waves and many recreational facilities at sea. When the tide is low in the third bathing beach, the beach area is very large, and children can play with the sand to their heart's content. Some places here are relatively low-lying, and small ponds will appear after the low tide, so it is very comfortable to run and take pictures.

The beach of the third bath and the beach of the second bath are actually connected, with a total distance of 6 kilometers, but there is a river in the middle, so it is unrealistic to walk from the second bath to the third bath without getting wet. The bus stops here are called Wangjiazao Folk Village, Professor Garden, Shanhaitian Resort and Qiaojiadunzi. 8 10, 33, 35 and 36 can all be reached. After getting off the bus, everyone goes east, and it's all beaches.

4. Fourth Bath: Forest Park Bath (paid bath) and Wujiatai Bath (free bath)

The bathing beach in Rizhao Coastal National Forest Park, also known as Dashawa Beach, has very fine sand and clear sea water. The coastline here is very long and the beaches are the most vast. There are a large number of pristine undeveloped beaches in the north of the forest park, and a small area in the south is a developed recreation area. Because you need to buy tickets to the park, it is the only paid bathing place in Rizhao, with all kinds of entertainment facilities, as well as resorts, hotels, restaurants and supermarkets. The facilities are complete, but the consumer price is high. In fact, the free beach in Wujiatai Village outside the park also belongs to the fourth bathing beach, with fine sand and clear water. Different from all regular bathing beaches, it is an original ecological natural beach that has not been developed by tourism companies. It's just that villagers in Wujiatai organized themselves to clean up the beach and built some supporting facilities. The beach of Wujiatai bathroom is a few minutes' walk from Wujiatai Village, and it is separated from the toll bath in Forest Park by a barbed wire. Entering the peak season after July every year, there are many amusement facilities on the beach. However, although some dangerous activities are exciting and fun, everyone should choose carefully.
