Huaiyin Introduction?

Huai'an is located in the north hinterland of Central Jiangsu Province, north of Lianyungang, Suqian 2 cities, northeast of Yancheng City, south of Yangzhou City, south and west of Nanjing City, Anhui Province and Hongze Lake. With a total area of 10,072 square kilometers and a total population of 5,240,600, it now has 4 counties and 4 districts under its jurisdiction.
