The basic skills of dancing are first-class.

There are three kinds of top hips in dance:

Front buttock: the body leans back, the legs are bent, the toes are fixed forward step by step, and the instantaneous explosive force is transmitted from the knee to the front top of the buttock root.

Side-buttock: The body is upright, one leg is opened to the side step by step, the forefoot is fixed, and the legs are naturally bent. The instantaneous explosive force of the knee upright gives strength to the lateral hip bone. Exercise the elastic movement of the lateral hip. Note: Hip bone should be straight, and hip movement is not allowed. When your legs alternate, you should move evenly.

Rear hip: lean forward, one step away, fix the forefoot with one toe backward, and the instantaneous explosive force from knee to back gives strength to the rear upper hip.
