3 Suggestions on the development of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities

At present, colleges and universities have corresponding aerobics teaching activities. In view of the problems found in the investigation, the author puts forward the following suggestions: First, strengthen the understanding of aerobics. In the current teaching, the school still stays on the basis of aerobics "affiliated" movement. In this regard, in order to improve the teaching efficiency of aerobics and truly promote the development of students, both schools and teachers must first have a correct understanding of aerobics. Second, standardize aerobics teaching. Due to the limitation of ideas, the teaching rules of aerobics are ignored in teaching. Therefore, schools should have corresponding systems to standardize aerobics teaching and make aerobics an important part of physical education. Third, strengthen the construction of teaching staff. At present, the lack of professional aerobics teachers in colleges and universities is also a big obstacle to the development of aerobics teaching. Strengthen the management of aerobics teachers, transition from "quantity" to "quality", and let "soft environment" promote the smooth development of aerobics.
