Born in Hong Kong, China, on October 26, 1965, with an ancestral home in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, Aaron Kwok is a Chinese-language film and television actor, singer and dancer.
Kwok studied at Salesian English School in Hong Kong in elementary school, and graduated from St. Joseph's College in Hong Kong in secondary school. After graduation, he was introduced by his father to work as a clerk at King Fook Goldsmith.
In 1984, Aaron Kwok injured his foot trying to do a one-word code during a dance, and King Fook dismissed him for taking too long a sick leave; in the same year, at the age of 19, Aaron Kwok enrolled in TVB's Dance Training Course (selecting 30 out of 3,000) to become a dancer on behalf of his friends, and later performed and backed up dancers in the music videos of female singers such as Anita Mui, Kwong Mee-wan, Vivienne Chan, and Vivienne Chau. She performed and danced in the music videos of female singers such as Anita Mui and Vivian Chan.
In 1985, Aaron Kwok was recognized by then TVB Artiste Manager, Micky Fung, for his outstanding singing and dancing performance in the Miss Bodybuilding Election, and in 1987, he transferred to TVB's Artiste Training Class and graduated in first place as one of TVB's "Galaxy Ten Stars", during which time he acted in a number of TV dramas, including During this period, he acted in several TV dramas, including "Genghis Khan", "Urban Formula", "Taiping Heavenly Kingdom", and "Singing Girl at the End of the World", but most of them were supporting roles and dragon-settings, and did not attract enough attention.
