The main competition of taiji softball

From June 5th to February, 2002, the first national Tai Chi Softball Competition for middle-aged and elderly people was held in Beijing, with more than 500 participants. In 2003, the second National Tai Chi Softball Competition for Middle-aged and Old People settled in Shanghai, with more than 900 participants. Up to 2008, seven national competitions have been held. From the scale of the competition to the number of participants, we can also see that Taiji softball has a growing influence on the majority of middle-aged and elderly people. Part 1: Turn left and right

The 960-degree somersault is completed on the left and right sides of the body. It has three steps of lateral movement, step by step, step by step. It must be noted that its movements should be brisk up and down, the starting point should fall, the center of gravity should be stable, and its feet should be solid and steady. Follow your feet when you move and take a step forward at any time.

Part II: Title Line

Is to complete a horizontal circle on your head. Pay attention to draw a circle with the movement of the waist, and the movement should be complete.

Part 3: Forward and reverse packaging

It is to complete a clockwise and counterclockwise circle in front of us, which is very similar to the cloud hand we are familiar with in Tai Ji Chuan, but we should pay attention to the fact that the two cloud hands should be coherent, harmonious and natural, and the drawn circle should be full and round.

Part 4: Lateral rotation

It is to use the central axis of our body and the real central axis to complete the horizontal and lateral rotation. This action should pay attention to control your own rotation axis, your body should sink and your movements should be smooth.

Part 5: Flip Forward and Backward

Finish throwing clockwise and counterclockwise in front of our bodies. After throwing, there is a ring around the body. The throwing should be coherent and complete, and the movements should be natural and smooth.

Section 6: Throw it in the back

To finish the throwing action behind us, the whole action should be complete and coherent, and follow up from top to bottom in one go, and there can be no wrist and elbow movements. The first two people throw 90 degrees to complete the throwing action behind them, and the last two people throw 180 degrees to complete the throwing action.

Part VII: Sprint forward

Forward and backward turning is done on the front side of our body. When doing this action, you should pay attention to the downward force, up and down, continuous, and complete and powerful.

Section 8: Figure-eight winding ring

Is to complete a figure-eight circular motion in front of our bodies. This action is followed up and down, coherent, natural and hard. We must move our legs to the waist to complete our limbs. We must finish it successfully. First, the score composition of basic routine movements: the full score of the whole set of movements is 100.

1, 80 points for eight basic routines.

(1) Swing from side to side for 5 points (5) Throw back and forth 10 points.

(2) Forward winding 10; (6) Throwing under the leg 15 points.

(3) Turn left and right 10 point (7) Throw behind 15 point.

(4) Left and right small throw 10; (8) Finishing exercise 5 points.

2. Overall impression of completing the whole set of movements: 20 points.

(l) The queue formation for entering, exiting and completing actions is 5 points.

(2) the expressive force of complete sets of movements, such as the range, strength, rhythm, rhythm, etc. Five points.

(3) Proficiency in full set of movements is 5 points.

(4) Team members' mental outlook and clothing score 5 points.

Second, the basic action requirements and completion errors.

L, swing from side to side for 2 8 beats. (5 points)

Requirements: the racket arm is slightly flexed, and the left and right arc swings are completed in front of the body with the shoulder as the axis. Pay attention to the arc drawn as a semicircle with an upward opening. Both sides must be symmetrical and complete, and the radius must be fixed. The height of the left and right rackets is shoulder height, and the racket face shape should be like this. The racket tip is forward, the racket face is vertical to the ground, the body center of gravity should sink first and then move, and the movement should be smooth and rhythmic. The force must be transmitted from the foot to the leg and to the waist, and the waist drives the arm to complete the action. Be careful not to have too many ups and downs. The first eight beats don't move, and the last eight beats do the sides and feet.

Error deduction:

(1) If the arm bends excessively when swinging, 0.5- 1 minute will be deducted.

(2) 0.5- 1 minute will be deducted for inaccurate racket position and racket shape.

(3) If the left and right arcs are incomplete and the two sides are asymmetrical, 1 minute will be deducted.

(4) When swinging, if the body is not straight, deduct 1.

2, the front is a circle with four 8 beats. (10)

Requirements: The front circle should be circled vertically in front of the head, and the circle drawn around the circle should be straight, round, full, coherent and symmetrical. When the link swings left or right, the racket arm should be in the left or right position. The first two eight beats stay where they are, and the last two eight beats merge alternately to the left and right.

Error deduction:

(1) The circle is flat in front of you, and the score will be deducted to 1.

(2) If the winding direction is not straight, left or right, the score will be deducted to 1.

(3) Left and right arc swing amplitude is not in place 1.

(4) When circling, the ball leaves the racket by 0.5- 1 min.

3. Turn left and right for 4 8 beats. (10)

Requirements: It is an important internal work content that reflects the method of Tai Chi soft ball. The force must be complete and coherent, and the top and bottom should follow. Force should go from the feet to the legs to the waist, and the waist should dominate the whole body movement. Left-right rotation means left-right rotation around the longitudinal axis of the body. Pay attention to the integrity of the force, up and down, continuous, in one go. The first two eight beats turn 180 degrees, and the last two eight beats turn 360 degrees. Among them, swing requirements: same as before. When turning 180 degrees, the swing belt rotates about shoulder height; When turning 360 degrees, hold your arms at shoulder height and move your feet horizontally to the left or right: in a straight line, bend your legs slightly and turn. After turning 360 degrees, take the initiative to make a heavy swing.

Error deduction:

(1) Swing arm is too high, buckle to 1.

(2) When rotating 360 degrees, the racket arm fluctuates up and down, and it does not rotate horizontally at the shoulder, and it is deducted 1 minute.

(3) When making a 360-degree turn, if the steps cross and are not in a straight line, deduct 1.

(4) straight leg twist, 0.5 points.

(5) After 360-degree rotation, the sinking pendulum is insufficient, and the score will be deducted to 1.

4. Throw 4 8 shots left and right. (10)

This action requires the ball to be thrown out of the racket as required. Taiji softball is very difficult to play, that is, it uses the inertia of rotation to send the ball out of the racket. Let the ball come out along the racket frame when pitching, and let the ball go in along the racket frame when scoring, that is, let the ball go out along the tangent direction of the arc. Note that the force must be coherent and complete in order to complete the arc process of uniform acceleration or deceleration. Strength is in the future rotation, not the ultimate power to send the ball. The first two eight beats don't change hands (no racket rotation), and the last two eight beats change hands (racket rotation 180 degrees).

Requirements: the left and right arc swings are completed, and the front and back grips should be about shoulder height on both sides of the left or right swing. The technique of "meeting, receiving, leading and throwing" should be correctly used in throwing and catching the ball, and the throwing height is on the high side.

Error deduction:

(1) The swing amplitude of the left and right arcs is too small, so it is deducted to 1.

(2) The technique of throwing and catching the ball is incorrect, supporting and picking the ball, etc. Adoption: 3 points will be deducted for throwing the wrong ball.

(3) If the pitch is too high or too low, 0.5 points will be deducted.

5. Throwing forward and backward is 4 8 beats. (10)

Complete the clockwise and counterclockwise throwing process in front of the body. Action: Seek wholeness and coherence, and draw a complete and natural circle. When serving, the racket frame should be right: in the direction of the ball, in the direction of the ball. The first two or eight beats don't move, and the last two or eight beats are combined.

Requirements: throw the ball after swinging the left or right arc over the shoulder, take the initiative to catch the ball, the technology is correct, the whole arc is sensed, the movement is smooth, coherent and smooth, and the throwing ball is slightly higher.

Error deduction:

(1) 2 points will be deducted for picking mistakes when pitching.

(2) Throw and catch the ball in the wrong direction, and if it is left or right, it will be deducted to 1.

(3) The penalty will be 1 if the action range is small, incoherent, and the rhythm is not good, or if the pitch is too high or too low.

6. Throw 4 8 beats under your leg. (15)

Complete the throwing action under the leg. The third and seventh beats throw the ball to the left and then pull it back from the opposite side. Keep your movements steady.

Requirements: Forehand throwing and catching the ball should be done under the legs and in front of you according to the correct throwing and catching technique. While throwing and catching the ball in front of you, your legs should do rhythmic flexion and extension. When throwing and catching the ball, you should keep your body balanced, move smoothly and harmoniously, and throw the ball more.

Error deduction:

(1) Pick up the ball when pitching, and there is no "cut" or "lead" when catching the ball. If the action stops, 2 points will be deducted.

(2) If the center of gravity is unstable and the posture is poor, it will be deducted to 1.

(3) 1 will be deducted if the pitch is too high or too low.

7. Throw 4 8 beats behind you. (15)

Requirements: Throwing and catching the ball should be completed with the left and right arc swing technology, with coordinated action and timely acceptance. The throwing direction is in the upper right corner, and the height is over the head. The whole movement is smooth, smooth and rhythmic, and the posture is correct. Pay attention to the integrity and consistency of the power, do not shake your wrist when serving, and do not put your racket face up. To drive your arm with your legs and waist, send the ball to the designated position along the racket frame.

Error deduction:

(1) The swing is insufficient, the force is not thorough, and the arc shooting relationship is wrong. Pick up the ball hard for the second time and get 2 points.

(2) The throwing direction is incorrect, too high or too low, and the whole body's center of gravity loses balance when throwing, and 1 minute is deducted.

(3) Incorrect posture, poor rhythm and disharmony, deduct 1 to 1 minute.

8, finishing action 2 8 beats. (5 points)

Requirements: Same as the first action, except for the step movement, the order of feet is reversed. Note: when throwing the ball at the end of the action, draw an arc in front of you, and the ball will be thrown up along the tangent of the left frame of the racket. When catching the ball, the palm will catch the ball forward, slowly put it down, and retract your legs to stand upright.

Error deduction:

(1) The penalty for wrong swing is the same as that in the first quarter.

(2) Before throwing the ball, there is no arc induction, but pick it up with the racket face, and 2 points will be deducted.

(3) When catching the ball, the palm of your hand is upward, and the movement is not soft, and it will be deducted to 1.

Third, the total impression score

(1) If the queue and formation are irregular during the entry, exit and completion of the action, 2 points will be deducted.

(2) The whole set of movements lacks sense of rhythm and rhythm, or the movements are inconsistent with the music beat, and 2 points will be deducted.

(3) The whole movement range is small and lacks strength, and 2 points will be deducted.

(4) If there are more than two (including two) serious mistakes in the whole set of movements, it will be deemed that the whole set of movements is unskilled, and 5 points will be deducted.

(5) Poor mental outlook, 2 points will be deducted.
