Dance itself is an artistic being, and being is truth, so there is nothing wrong with dance. Personally, I think it's those individual ghost step dancers that are the cause of the trouble. Street dance, each dance costumes are quite like people, very personalized, but I have seen the ghost dance dancers, part of the feeling is very much like a small hooligan punk look, so when people start to hate the dancers, at the same time will be excluded from this new into China's dance. I've seen the ghost step dancers, and they're all pretty flamboyant, and the costumes are a little too unorthodox, so it's a direct result of the fact that a lot of people don't think they're dancing, but rather it's a kind of behavioral art that isn't understood by the general public. This is a very sad evaluation, although it can not represent all, but really feel that the ghost dance itself is wronged. Plus the dance itself has a lot of lower body movements that are very fancy and almost no upper body movements. When dancing the ghost dance, too much is the pursuit of a visual enjoyment, sometimes it is easy to ignore the music itself, so it is easy to let people have aesthetic fatigue. I don't know much about technique, but I've heard that it's too hard to make a breakthrough when you get into a bottleneck, so there are a lot of people who give up.
Dancers, as one of the inheritors of a dance, should pay attention to their words and behavior and respect the dance. Although the dance itself has its own unique character, but as a part of survival in this society, even if we hover in the fringe of the culture, we can not go against the mainstream development, this is the way to survive, right?
A little advice, perhaps where there is wrong, there is a misunderstanding of the ghost dance place, please forgive me.
