Abstract : Corporate culture is a reflection of the comprehensive strength of the enterprise. With the social and economic development, people's attention to enterprise culture has been increasing. Facing up to the problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture and finding positive problem solving strategies have also become an important topic of concern in the development of enterprises. The article first describes the necessity of enterprise culture construction, and then combined with the current problems of enterprise culture construction, discusses the strategy to solve the problem of enterprise culture construction.
