Three, registration

Candidates who meet the conditions for extra points will fill in the extra points section while filling in the online "Hunan Provincial Basic Political and Judicial Police Recruitment and Cultivation Registration Form". (2) Qualification examination
August 28 to August 31, in accordance with the management authority, the provincial and municipal (state) civil service departments in conjunction with the recruiting authorities for the candidates to be interviewed for qualification examination. Interview candidates in the applicants for the position in the order of the total score of the written test from high to low. The minimum score line for the interview is 60 points.
The formula for calculating the comprehensive score of the examination:
Comprehensive score of the examination = total score of the written examination × 70% + interview score × 30%
(D) physical examination
The physical examination is scheduled for September 6th to 8th.
The object of medical examination is generally determined in equal parts according to the recruitment plan in the order of the overall score of the examination from high to low, of which the proportion of those applying for the LLM degree is determined according to the ratio of twice the recruitment plan. If the overall score is the same, the ranking order will be determined according to the total score of the written examination.

The admission procedures will be carried out in early Oct. In mid-October, the admitted students will report to the schools and enroll in the schools with the admission notices.
Fifth, on student training, management and graduation employment
Admitted personnel to the relevant institutions to report, and training institutions, provincial political and legal organs (Provincial Higher People's Court, Provincial People's Procuratorate, Provincial Public Security Bureau, Provincial Department of Justice) and the orientation unit to sign an agreement on orientation training, acceptance of training. Specialized courses have a duration of two years, of which no less than half a year is internship in grass-roots political and legal organs, and students who meet the graduation requirements are issued with specialized graduation certificates; undergraduate courses have a duration of two years, of which no less than half a year is internship in grass-roots political and legal organs, and those who have completed the stipulated studies are issued with undergraduate graduation certificates and bachelor's degrees in accordance with the relevant state regulations; postgraduate courses have a duration of two years, and one year of theoretical teaching, and one year of practical teaching are arranged in the school. The graduate course lasts for two years, during which one year of theoretical teaching and one year of practical teaching are arranged, of which half of the time is for internship in the practical departments. According to the relevant state regulations, those who pass the examination of the course and pass the dissertation defense will be awarded the certificate of graduation of master's degree and the degree of Master of Laws.
Students are exempted from tuition fees during the period of study and are provided with living allowance in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Finance.
For students who are qualified for graduation, their host institutions shall dispatch them to the recruitment units as originally determined, and transfer their files and household accounts to the relevant units. After the students report to the orientation unit, the recruiting unit shall submit for civil service recruitment procedures in accordance with the prescribed authority and procedures. Students who graduate and work in the orientation unit are required to serve for five years at the graduate level, seven years at the undergraduate level, and nine years at the specialized level before they can be exchanged.
Persons who fail during their studies or who do not obtain the appropriate academic degree upon graduation, as well as those who do not meet the qualification requirements for the appropriate position upon graduation, shall not be employed as civil servants, and the state shall not be responsible for arranging for jobs, and the candidates shall choose their own employment. At the same time, the subsidies (including tuition and living allowance) enjoyed are refunded in a lump sum. Default not to work in the orientation unit of the graduating students, shall not be employed in other party and government organs and institutions managed by reference to the civil service law, to record the situation in the candidate's integrity file, and shall, within one month after the announcement of the decision to deal with the breach of contract, a one-time refund of the enjoyment of the education costs and subsidies (including tuition fees, training fees and living subsidies), and to pay a 50% penalty for breach of contract of this fee.
