The Suzhou Shilu Temple Fair refers to the Yashen Temple Fair held every year on the 14th day of the fourth lunar month (June 1) in the Shilu Business District. This is a traditional folk activity in Suzhou and an important part of the Grand Canal Suzhou Folk Culture Tourism Festival. The main activities of the Yashen Temple Fair are:
1. The opening ceremony was held at Shilu Asia Square and the announcement was made. New products in Shilu Commercial District, launch of Fairy Consumption Month activities, release of Grand Canal cultural study route, etc.
2. A traditional blessing activity will be held on Nanhao Street for citizens to pray for blessings and wishes.
3. Carry out immersive live performances in the Zizhi Garden of China Central Place, using the garden as the stage to showcase traditional arts such as Kun Opera and Pingtan.
