Where is Anhe Bridge

Anhe Bridge is located in the central Haidian District of Beijing.

Spanning the southern ditch between Nanli Street and Nanjie Street. It is connected to Huidong Street in the east and Workers' Stadium North Road in the west; on the south bank is Nanjie Street and on the north bank is Nanli Street. Surrounded by numerous commercial districts, high-class residential areas and bar streets, it is the bustling commercial center of Beijing.

The bridge was built during the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, commonly known as the "Luoban Bridge", which was originally a wooden bridge, then changed to a stone arch bridge during the Qianlong period, named Anhe Bridge, and later changed to Anhe Bridge. "Anhe" takes the meaning of "peace and harmony", which means "stabilizing the river, preventing disasters and comforting the people".
