(2) The operator will go to the administrative department of industry and commerce to get the "Enterprise Application for Business Registration" with the approval notification sheet, and then go to the public security, fire-fighting, and hygiene departments to go through the approval procedures for the management of the industry with the registration certificate. Procedures;
(3) the relevant departments after passing the examination, the competent cultural department issued by the "cultural license", the public security department issued by the "public security license", the health department issued by the "health license", and finally by the administration for industry and commerce issued by the "business license", with the above three certificates and a license, before you can do business. (e) good sound, lighting and other equipment;
(f) complete and effective fire-fighting equipment, properly set up, and a certain number of emergency lighting;
(g) ventilation, sanitation and other facilities in line with the standards set by the health department;
(h) the health department to provide a safe environment for the public, the public and the public. Health department standards;
(viii) the venue in the alteration or renovation before the drawings must be submitted to the cultural, public security and fire departments for review and approval before construction.
