The best trip in life is to find a long-lost touch in a strange place. Travel alone, unfettered and unfettered. Chongqing mountain city tourism is definitely a place for tourists. Chongqing is located in the southwest of inland China. Due to its special geographical environment and special climate, Chongqing has many nicknames, such as Furnace, which is named after its high temperature and frequent droughts in summer. The mountain city is a mountainous building named after the city; in winter and spring, Chongqing is also known as the fog city, with light clouds and heavy fog.
Chongqing, called Ba in ancient times, was the birthplace of the 3,000-year-old Bayu culture. In this famous city, the stone carvings at Baoding Mountain in Dazu are treasures of late Chinese grotto art. Visitors can also enjoy South Hot Spring, North Hot Spring, summer resorts Jinyun Mountain and Nanshan, etc. In the outer suburbs, there are the primeval forests of Simian Mountain in Jiangjin, Wansheng Stone Forest in southern Chongqing, and Jinfo Mountain Forest Park in Nanchuan. Along the Yangtze River, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, the majesty of Wushan and the Xiaoning River Canyon. You can also appreciate the uncanny craftsmanship of Fengjie and appreciate the Wuxi Hongchiba alpine grassland with mountains, water, forests, springs and waterfalls. It is a natural wonder integrating mountains, gorges and caves.
Jiefangbei, Yangtze River Cableway, Chaotianmen, Yikeshu Observation Deck D1: Depart from Jiefangbei at 9:00. The famous Liberation Monument is a historical witness to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the liberation of Chongqing. The Liberation Monument is 27.5 meters high, with a spiral staircase leading to the top. The building was originally completed on March 12, 1940, the birthday of Sun Yat-sen who died. It is a low wooden structure called the Spiritual Fortress. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War in 1945, it was rebuilt and named the Anti-Japanese War Victory Monument. In 1950, it was renamed Chongqing People's Liberation Monument in honor of the author Liu Bocheng. Today, Jiefangbei has become the most prosperous commercial center in Chongqing. There are many high-rise buildings and convenient transportation here, including department stores, theaters, dance halls, grocery markets, bookstores, hotels and restaurants, etc.
We walked along Jiefangbei to a snack street, where we can have lunch and taste authentic Chongqing hot and sour noodles and stone-ground tofu bibimbap.
After eating, walk straight along the Jiefangbei. You can go to No. 153 Xinhua Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing and take the cable car for 10 yuan one way and 20 yuan two-way. The Yangtze River Cableway starts from Chang'an Temple, Yuzhong District, and crosses the Yangtze River to Shangxin Street, one district south. Taking the cross-river cableway, you can not only enjoy the beautiful scenery of the two rivers, but also overlook famous landscapes such as Hongyadong, Huguang Guild Hall, and Nanbin Road from the cableway.
After returning from the Yangtze River Cableway, I can choose to go to Chaotianmen because it is nearby. However, as I was going to a tree viewing platform in the evening, I would backtrack to Jiefang North and drink coffee at Starbucks while waiting for my friend to pick me up.
After rest, fly directly to a tree viewing platform halfway up the mountainside of Nannanshan Botanical Garden; Chongqing City An District. A Tree in Nanshan consists of a tree viewing platform, a viewing pavilion and a suburban leisure area, which can accommodate thousands of people to watch at the same time. In 1997, an observation deck was built to welcome the return of Hong Kong and Chongqing Municipality. The viewing pavilion was newly built in 2002 to welcome the AAPP conference. It is 38.8 meters high and is in the shape of a radar. The sightseeing elevator and evacuation stairs outside the viewing pavilion not only facilitate tourists to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountain city, but also eliminate potential safety hazards. Six powerful low-altitude colored spotlights and supporting lighting projects make the viewing pavilion shine like a magical crystal palace. This is the best place to see Chongqing at night, but the transportation is not very convenient. Tickets, 20 yuan.
After watching the night view, it’s time to have dinner. I tried Jiugong hotpot in Chongqing and it was really spicy.
Three Gorges Museum, D2 Graffiti Street, Hongya: 8:00 Go out to the Three Gorges Museum, No. 236 Renmin Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing (opposite the auditorium of Chongqing People's Government). Free, daily reception limit is less than 5,000 people. Group visits of more than 200 people must make reservations 2 days in advance; the museum will provide regular and fixed-point free explanations to the audience from time to time based on the number of visitors. Chongqing Three Gorges Museum, Chongqing People's Auditorium and People's Square in London's West End together form a city landmark building complex in the center of Chongqing. Among them, the underground floor is for cultural relics warehouse, garage, and equipment rooms, and the four floors above ground are for exhibition halls, lecture halls, and management auxiliary rooms.
The exhibitions in the museum consist of four basic exhibitions ("The Magnificent Three Gorges", "Far Far Bayu", "Chongqing_City Road", "The Anti-Japanese War Years") and six special exhibitions ("Li Chuli's Donation of Cultural Relics", "Calligraphy and Paintings of the Past Dynasties" 》) composition
After seeing the museum, opposite is the Chongqing Great Hall of the People, but since it is not open to the public, you can take a few photos outside and go directly to the graffiti at No. 108 Huangjue Zhengping Street, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing street. From Chongqing Jiulongpo Railway Primary School to Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, the exterior walls of most buildings on this 1.3-kilometer-long old street have been painted with bright cartoon-based patterns, and the floors on both sides of the main road are covered with art. Graffiti. Against the background of avant-garde art, this old street built in the 1960s and 1970s immediately turned into a work of art. Most of the shops along the street in Sichuan are trading markets selling paints, brushes and various small works. If you like literature and art, you can come here to find treasure shells.
After reading the graffiti, you can go to Hong Yadong, No. 88 Binjiang Road, Jialingjiang, Yuzhong District, Chongqing. Since it wasn't dark before, I took a break at Starbucks and then watched Hongya Cave from dusk to night. The stilted buildings were built along the river and against the mountain, allowing the Liberation Monument to reach directly to the river. Foreign tourists can hang around the building, watch the green cliffs fall, visit the old streets of the mountain city, appreciate the Bayu culture, taste the mountain city hot pot, watch the confluence of the two rivers, and enjoy a night of style.
Bai Gongguan, Zhazi Cave, Ciqikou D3: Go out and take the bus at 8 o'clock in the morning, because these three places are connected together and the attractions are not big. Since Bai Gongguan and Zhazi Cave were destroyed before, they were basically repaired manually. We first went to Bai Gongguan. After shopping, there was an uphill road to Zhazi Cave. There was a small place in the middle, Plum Garden. However, this section of the road is uphill and quite far. If not, I suggest you walk up slowly and don't be in a hurry. Bai Gongguan is located at No. 63, Zhifu Village, Zhuangzhi Road, Shapingba District, Chongqing. It was originally the villa of Sichuan warlord Bai Ju, also known as Xiangshan Villa. In 1939, the Kuomintang Military Command converted this place into a prison. In 1943, SACO was converted into Prison No. 1. The prison is backed by Gele Mountain and surrounded by high walls and electric fences. There are sentries and bunkers on the commanding heights outside the city wall. The gate is closed all year round, with only a small door on the side open to communicate with the outside world. There are 20 cells in the prison. Anti-Japanese general Huang Xiansheng, Tongji University President Zhou Junshi, patriot Liao Chengzhi, Communist Party members Song Qiyun, Xu Linxia and their youngest son Xiaoluotou were all imprisoned here. The famous novel "Porcelain of the Ages" reproduces the cruel and terrifying imprisonment life inside the prison, as well as the revolutionaries' firm belief. It is located in the Ciqikou and Wulingguan areas of Geleshan. It is surrounded by mountains on three sides and has a ditch on one side. The terrain is hidden. Zhazidong was originally a small coal mine where coal was mined manually, so it got its name from the fact that there was more slag and less coal. Starting in 1938, it was transformed into a secret prison by the Kuomintang secret service, specifically used to detain and persecute revolutionaries. There have been many tragic events here that are both tragic and tragic. Three hundred revolutionaries who were arrested after the failure of three armed uprisings in Sichuan, Sichuan, and Sichuan were imprisoned here, including those arrested on June 1st, the Small Revolutionary Committee and the Forward Newspaper. On November 27, 1949, the Kuomintang agents planned a massacre that shocked China and the world.
After coming out of the slag cave, there is a downhill road. Follow this road and you can reach Ciqikou in about 2 kilometers. In Chongqing, Ciqikou Ancient Town, formerly known as Longyin Town, has been famous in Bashu since the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is the closest ancient town landscape to the main urban area of ??Chongqing. In the past, this was a prosperous water and land terminal and a distribution center for materials in the lower reaches of the Jialing River. The rich and simple ancient style that has remained unchanged for thousands of years has made it the epitome and symbol of the ancient city of Jiangzhou, Chongqing. Ciqikou Ancient Town has 12 streets and alleys, the ground is paved with stone slabs, and Ming and Qing style shops line both sides of the streets. Business is concentrated in the main pier and the main financial street near the pier. Today, Ciqikou Ancient Town has preserved relatively complete ancient buildings and developed traditional performances such as oil pressing, silk spinning, sugar making, noodle making, and Sichuan opera, as well as various traditional snacks and teahouses. The Ciqikou Temple Fair, held every Spring Festival, is the most distinctive traditional event in the four ancient towns, attracting tens of thousands of citizens. The most distinctive scene in the ancient town is the teahouse. Back then, sailors, comrades-in-arms, and others loved to come and go here, and the teahouse became a place where dragons and snakes mingled. Until now, teahouses are still a scene in Ciqikou. There are 13 teahouses on an old street that is 100 meters long. Every family is a tea drinker, and the ancient custom still exists.
Famous snacks, such as Maoxuewang, Thousand-feuille Cake and Salt and Pepper Peanuts, are known as the Three Treasures of Ciqikou. The main attractions are: Hanlin Academy, Bayu Folk Residences, Baolun Temple, Wenchang Palace, Deep Water Well, Baoshan Temple, Young Woman Peeing Boy, and Kneeling Statue.
There are many beautiful places in Chongqing, and the ten places listed here are just some of them. But no matter where you go, Chongqing is a city you are not familiar with. When you come, I don’t want to leave!
