Time is the biggest scam, we have to live a life that is not in a hurry.

Sima has written many poems about time and so on, Sima repeatedly write, want to use this to remind themselves to cherish the time, almost take the time as a whip every day hard to whip themselves.

Just three hours ago, Sima wrote a poem called "Time" in five minutes.

Is it good?

The first time I read the poem, I saw it in a flash, and then I went back and read it again, and I was like, "So, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so. Yesterday I read Noah Lukeman's book. Yesterday I read Noah Lukeman's book, and he talked about poets who write a poem in three years, and they're very careful with the words.

Sima was in a bad mood when he wrote his poem, but suddenly he had a flash of insight: "Damn, is time a trick?

The story is about a man who wrote a book about the importance of time, and how it can be used as a tool to help people to make the most of it.

The Confucius said, "The dead are like the living.

Han Lefu has a cloud: Hundred rivers east to the sea, when to return to the west. The young and strong do not make an effort, the old man is sad.

Western Jin Tao Kan often and people cloud: Dayu saints, is to cherish the inch Yin, to the crowd, when to cherish the minute Yin.

Yue Wu Mu long whistle to the sky: do not wait for leisure, white youth head, empty sadness!

The Soviet Union novel "how steel is made" in the book Paul. Kochakin said: people, you should hurry to live.

There is also what we always say: wasting time is wasting life.

。。。。。。。。

One is more appalling than the other, and it makes your blood run cold.

If Sima had gone on with his examples, he might have written more than his memory could hold.

Whenever Sima reads these sentences, he is always frightened, and is at a loss as to what to do, fearing that he might be one of those people who waste their lives.

So, Sima was always in a hurry, doing everything in a hurry. He was in a hurry to do everything, he was in a hurry to do everything.

Sima is walking faster and faster. Five years ago he took 60 steps a minute, three years ago he took 100 steps, and now he takes 140 steps a minute.

My coworkers keep asking me, "Sima, why are you always running?

Sima smiled bitterly and said, "No, Sima is just walking fast.

When Sima was learning the guitar, he gave himself a deadline of one week to learn how to play the basic notes. The result is that his fingers are dying and he still can't learn the basic notes.

When Sima was learning to write poetry, he gave himself a five-minute deadline. The result is that every time he writes a poem, it's always a moan.

Sima also learns how to dance the Ghost Steps, and he gives himself two days to learn the basic steps. The result is that even though his feet are swollen, he still can't master the basic steps.

Sima also studied Japanese, and gave himself three months to learn the basics of conversation. But after three months, he couldn't even master the 50-note chart.

Time is money, time is life, and these words are like a curse on Sima's head, forcing him to do everything in a hurry, so that he can break a second in half.

However, the more anxious Sima is, the more he wants to do something, but the more he does what he can't do, the more he can't do it, the more anxious he is, and so on in a vicious circle.

So, in the long run, Sima lost his sleep and tossed and turned all night long.

One day, Sima reads the description of a depressed person and looks at his burnt face in the mirror, and immediately self-diagnoses that he may be depressed.

Depression, what's wrong with it? Sima would rather get drunk than become depressed.

Since do what nothing, then good, I simply do not do anything, every day to mix.

Mixed, mixed to the top of the boredom, but inadvertently saw the end of the world on a friend wrote an article on the interpretation of "Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra".

He said that the Heart Sutra is about emptiness, time is empty, space is empty.

Time is empty? Doesn't the whole world say that time is money?

Sima showed great interest in the Buddhist concept of emptiness. After reading a lot of articles about emptiness, he realized that the most basic and important theory in the vast treasure trove of Buddhist theories is "emptiness", karmic emptiness.

The first time I read this article, I realized that the most basic and important theory in the vast library of Buddhist theories is "emptiness", the emptiness of karma.

Sima has been interpreting the concept of "emptiness" in his mind, and slowly, naturally, his pace slows down, from 140 steps per minute to 100, then to 60.

Sima is back to his old self, and there is only one word left in Sima's mind: empty.

Gradually, Sima's insomnia got better and he slept until he woke up every day.

After the insomnia got better, Sima started to think seriously about the meaning of "empty".

"Sharizi, color is not different from the air, the air is not different from the color, color is the air, the air is the color, the feelings of thought, action and consciousness, and so on. Sharizi, it is the emptiness of all dharmas that does not arise, does not perish, is not impure, does not increase, does not decrease. Therefore, there is no color in the air, no five senses, no five eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind, no color, body, scent and touch, no eye sector, and even no consciousness sector. There is no ignorance, nor is there any end to ignorance, nor is there any end to old age and death. There is no suffering, collection and destruction, no wisdom and no attainment, because there is no attainment."

This is the most classic passage in the Heart Sutra, the best interpretation of "emptiness", and this text also allows you to experience the unique literary beauty of the Heart Sutra.

The classic description of emptiness is also found in the Diamond Sutra:

"Everything that is created is like a dream, like a bubble, like a dew, like electricity, and should be viewed as such."

"All appearances are illusory. If you see all appearances as non-appearances, you see the Buddha."

Sima begins to learn to slow down his breathing, to slow down the pace of everything.

Then a miracle happens.

Sima quickly learned to play the guitar, to dance the ghost walk, and to speak basic Japanese. As for writing poetry, Sima, in front of all the gods, never dared to say he had learned it, but at least he knew how to poetically express what he wanted to say.

It's strange that when you don't want to be successful, success comes quickly; when you're chasing after success, success always eludes you.

This is like such a scene: you bought a style and color are extremely like the dress on the Jingdong, you began to stare at the logistics progress on the phone all the time. The first day did not arrive, you have no name fire in your heart; the second day did not arrive, you have to start cursing; the third day did not arrive, you may complain about the store. And if when you place an order, not to pay attention to this matter, you go to deal with their own work at hand to go. Then, just one day, you suddenly received a phone call from the courier, saying that your courier has arrived. You are stunned at this point, yikes? How could it be so fast?

Time is just a feeling, it's relative. When you are happy, time is fast; when you are in pain, time is slow. You watch a movie with your girlfriend in the movie theater time passes quickly, while you are moving bricks on the construction site time passes very slowly.

The same reason, the more you want to get something, the more it does not come; the more you want to avoid, he appeared in your world at any time.

So then, Buddha said, you should not get up in the air, just keep a normal mind. This idea is the same as Confucius' idea of the middle ground. The Taoists also say, "Open your mouth, the spirit is dispersed, and your mind is moved by the cold of the fireworks. After reading some books by Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, I found that the theories of these three schools are similar in many places. I like the quote from "The Distant Savior": God is the Tao, and the Tao is the law of nature, as it were.

I began to reflect on myself, in the past, I was so anxious, but counterproductive, doing nothing.

In fact, the reason is also very simple, a person is very anxious, the quality of things instead of decreasing, it is often said that the desire to speed is not enough. The first thing you need to do is to get your hands dirty. And success is to ask for perfection, perfection needs time, need a kind of not hurry, calm state of mind.

The brilliance of Buddhism is that it is meant to heal the mind, and when your mind is empty, you can fit everything in.
