Not only the nutritional balance of the problem, primary and secondary school students, food safety issues are also very serious. Nowadays, around the school, small stalls of junk food, "three no" food abound. By junk food we mean instant noodles, ham and sausage and other high-calorie, low-nutrition food; "three-no" food refers to no product name, no factory name and address, no production date and shelf life of the food. Primary and secondary school students have a weak awareness of food safety, self-restraint is too poor, the junk food, "three-free" food as snacks has been a common phenomenon. Every day after school, students flock to buy those junk food, "three noes" food. These foods not only lack of nutrients, but also contain hormones, do not meet the health standards, after eating will cause harm to the body. In the United States, someone once did an experiment, 30 consecutive days only eat McDonald's food, only drink McDonald's drinks, the results of the original health of his weight dropped sharply, liver, kidneys and other organs are also damaged. This experiment further illustrates the harmful effects of eating junk food. I would like to advise you not to go to McDonald's and KFC to eat those high-calorie, low-nutrition foods, and not to eat other junk food and "three-no" food.
