Good omen is a fantasy comedy jointly produced by Amazon and BBC. The play is directed by Douglas Mackinnon, written by neil gaiman and starring michael sheen and david tennant.
The play was broadcast on Amazon on May 3 1 and May 20 19. Up to now, the domestic video platform has not introduced the play, so I can't watch it.
Plot introduction:
Adam and Eve were expelled from the Garden of Eden for stealing forbidden fruit. In order to help them, Azraphael, the angel guarding the city gate, gave them a burning sword.
Crowley, the demon who turned into a snake and seduced Eve, stood on the wall of the Garden of Eden. He thinks it is unwise to plant a fruit tree in the middle of the garden. A warning sign "Do not touch" is hung on the tree, which makes people doubt God's intention. However, Aziraphale firmly believes that this is part of her "hidden plan".
Azraphael and Crowley have been living among human beings since the Garden of Eden. For thousands of years, they have become accustomed to human life and established a mutually beneficial relationship without the knowledge of their superiors in heaven and hell. They are uneasy about the coming end of the world.
