Spring, the Peacock River ice melted. The river water "Ding Ding Dong Dong" played a happy song. The grasses on both sides of the river poked their heads out of the ground, and the trees sprouted new branches and buds, and grew tender green leaves. The willows are swaying in the wind.
In summer, the trees on both sides of the Peacock River grow lush and green, and the entire riverbank is immersed in a sea of green. The birds on the branches chirp and sing about summer. The most striking thing is the musical fountain in Sail Square, which rises and falls with the music, adding a touch of coolness to the hot summer.
Autumn, the leaves turn yellow, golden leaves layered on both sides of the Peacock River, like a golden carpet. Gusts of autumn wind blew, yellow and red leaves like butterflies fluttering in the lawn. The fragrant pears in the Pear Fragrance Garden on the river bank are ripe, and the fragrant and sweet pears make people salivate.
The Peacock River in winter is very special. Snowflakes fly in the air, and children come here to have snowball fights and build snowmen. The most attractive thing is the white swans that fly here from far away to spend the winter. White swans, some in groups of three to five play in the water, some in the water to eat fish and shrimp, some rowing across the water race running, some in the air wings flying ...... these naughty and lovely swans to the winter Peacock River adds infinite vitality.
I love my hometown, I love the Peacock River in my hometown, and I love the infinite vitality brought to us by the changing seasons of the Peacock River. Instructor Zhang Hairong
