Panlongge Temple
It is located in the precincts of Meilin Town, about 20 kilometers southwest of Liusha, Puning City, Guangdong Province, with a circumference of 4 square kilometers. It is one of the ten famous temples in eastern Guangdong, but also a key tourist attraction. 2002 October 17 (Lunar September 12) rebuilt inaugurated.
Panlongge is known both at home and abroad as a Buddhist shrine, where the ancient temple of Panlongge with a long history is located. The temple was built in the early Qing Guangxu (1875-1908), the scale is not small, is the Goddess of Mercy and the God of the Yuan Tian manifestation of the Holy Taoist Temple. According to the Qing Dynasty "Puning County Records", there are "six mountains and eighteen scenic spots": "Panlong Mountain, Tiger Mountain, Elephant Mountain, Lion Mountain, Turtle Mountain, Eagle Mountain, Green Water Floating Boat, Dragon Pavilion Sea of Clouds, Buddha Pavilion Dragon Spring, Carp Leaping Dragon Gate, Immortal Pingxiang, Birds of the Morning, Cuckoo Weeps the Moon, Lions Crying, Toad Looking at the Moon, Rainbow of the Immortal Lake, Running Elephant Packing the Sun, Yuan Tian Divining Coat Sun, Yuan Tian Bu Coat, Longquan Qin, Golden Rooster Dawn, Nirvana Cave, Morning Bell Stone, Twilight Drum Stone, Turning Back Lion." In 1990, the provincial and municipal governments and the provincial Religious Affairs Bureau approved as a key cultural relics protection units and Buddhist sites.
