Matouying Town, belonging to Laoting County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Laoting County, bordering on Wangtan Town in the east, Xiangyun Island Forest Farm and Luchang Daqing River Salt Field in the south, Guhe Township in the west and Yangezhuang Town in the north, with an administrative area of 60.02 square kilometers.
