What does Longhua Club mean?

Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Buddha Bath Festival, Buddha Birthday Festival and Buddha Birthday Festival, is an important ceremony in ancient Indian Buddhism.

Longhuahui is the eighth day of the fourth lunar month every year, which is the birthday of Buddha Sakyamuni. Its origin lies in the historical records of the birth of Sakyamuni. According to Volume 1 of past lives Karma Sutra, when Mrs. Moyev was pregnant, she passed through Lumbini Garden and went to Worry-Free Tree (also known as Borneo Tree or Polo Fork Tree) to give birth to Prince Siddhartha.

At this time, the Dragon King of Nando and Ubernando (another said that there was Jiulong) spit out clean water and threw it at the prince. This historical legend was very popular in ancient India, and Buddhist sculptures unearthed in Rokuyaon and Amoravadi in modern India all have compositions reflecting this situation. Later generations bathed the Buddha on the day when the Buddha was born.
