China Education News Network Children's Literature Writers Rise in Hunan's New Talent
June 18, 2009 By Chen Xiang Source: China Reading News Showcasing Hunan's New Talent in Children's Literature, the "Little Tiger Children's Literature New Talent Series" has been intensively launched
By (reporter Chen Xiang) In recent years, a number of new talents in children's literature have emerged almost simultaneously in Hunan, forming the "Hunan Army phenomenon". In recent years, a number of new children's literature almost simultaneously in Hunan, the formation of children's literature, "Xiangjun phenomenon".
In order to summarize the creative achievements of the new talents, the Children's Literature Committee of Hunan Provincial Writers' Association recently launched the "Little Tiger Children's Literature Newcomers Series".
In recent years, a number of Hunan children's literature newcomers, such as Mao Yun'er, Yin Huiwen, Zhang Li, Liu Huo, Xie Ranzi, Chen Jing and so on, have stood out and gradually won a certain reputation in the literary world.
Their works are full of the flavor of the times and are widely loved by young readers. Some of them have won the Bingxin Prize for New Writing in Children's Literature, the Zhang Tianyi Prize for Fairy Tales and Fables, and the Award for the Best Work of Junior Literature and Art, and some of them have been selected by a variety of journals and books, such as China's Children's Literature.
This batch of new literary talent is characterized by three aspects.
First, they live and work in primary and secondary schools or children's literature newspapers and magazines, such as Mao Yuner, Chen Jing, and Liu Huo are still primary and secondary school teachers, and Zhang Li, Yin Huiwen, and Xie Ranzi are editors of children's literature magazines and other media; second, they have solid basic skills in creative writing, and their works are rich in life; third, they have unique and distinctive styles of creative writing, and the language is fresh and lively, such as the children's novels of Mao Yuner, which focus on reflecting the spiritual growth of children from poor villages, and Chen Jing's novels, which focus on reflecting the spiritual growth of children from poor villages. For example, Mao Yuner's children's novels focus on reflecting the spiritual growth of children in poor mountain villages, Chen Jing's children's poems highlight the children's hearts and interests of children in the mountains, and Liuhuo's animal fairy tales outline the social picture of young children's lives.
"Little Tiger Children's Literature Newcomers Series" is published by Hunan Children's and Teenagers' Publishing House, with children's writer He Xiaotong as the editor-in-chief.
The 12 books in the series*** include Liang Xiaoping's The Magic Red Fruit, Flowing Fire's Something to Eat and Something to Play, Zhang Li's The Prince Loves Fried Noodles, Wang Dovehua's Happy Seeds, Xie Ranzi's Wind Child, Zhou Jing's Follow the Music Note Home, Yin Huiwen's Jimmy's Whale, Maoyuner's The Flying Stones, Chen Jing's Children Picking the Grinding Stone, Wei Bin's The Wings of the Snowflakes, and the Children of the Grinding Stone. I Saw the Wings of Snowflakes", Yang Yimeng's "Crystal Apples", and Tao Yongxi's "Unknown Bird".
Along with the series, Hunan children's literature theorist Yang Sicheng's treatise New Horizons of Children's Literature was also released.
The Moon in the Cesspool reads Chen Jing's collection of children's poems, The Fruit of the Sun
Chen Jing is an educator and writer who has made a name for himself in the children's literature world.
His novels and poems were selected into the 2007 "China's Best Children's Literature" book; this year, "Children's Literature" Fifth National Tournament, "Hunan Writers Album" in only eight selected, Chen Jing is one of them; previously, the China Federation of Literature and Arts Publishing House published a collection of children's poems, "Fruit of the Sun".
When I read this collection of poems, childhood, hometown, mother, the kind of difficult to cut and difficult to break the ties of love, dream of the pursuit of memory, and came to life.
Like looking at thousands of leaves, one is different from another, I don't know which one is the best? Which one is the most important? Like looking at the moon in the cesspool, one by one, I don't know which one is the most round? Which is the brightest? The language is simple and simple, but also naive and firm, giving the children a lot of beauty, a lot of fantasy.
For example, he wrote about spring: "Spring / many flowers bloom / bloom into a riddle / let us guess." In just a few words, the child's heart and childlike interest in which; another example is that he wrote about childhood: "Childhood childhood where/searching the corners of the room/running all over the hometown of the road/streamside/I asked to swim to and from the small fish/under the tree/I asked to rest on the cattle uncle ......" fairy tale-style artistic techniques. Both make up for the lack of poetic flavor, but also cooking smoke like dense a lovely children's Meng.
The impression is: the real pleasure of life is only in childhood; there is no other age comparable.
It should be said that education is a unique advantage of Chen Jing's creation of children's literature.
He knows the children's nature, temperament, what they like, what they don't like, a tireless child's heart is always jumping on the tip of his pen; at the same time, it can also be seen that it is the life of the mountain villages nourished his literary cells, and a scene written out, full of children's gas, earthy, and make people dream of children's dreams, and countryside dream of different kinds of different kinds of different kinds of different kinds of different kinds of different kinds of different things.
Such as "leaves", "scarecrow", "tail grass" and so on.
The title of these poems alone is familiar and intimate.
As close as the well from which I drew water in my childhood, when I was thirsty, I wanted to bend down to drink, and at the same time look at my dirty face; as familiar as the lawn where I grazed in my childhood, when I was tired, I wanted to lie down and look at the sky and see the clouds gathering and dispersing, and the birds coming and going, or blowing a dandelion with a lot of small umbrellas.
Is this just a poem for children?
Is this just a poem for children? No, it is also a piece of green spiritual home for the readers.
Some people may say that it is a "little love", "little reason", "little poem".
I can't agree with that, because it's a kind of derogation or misinterpretation of children's poetry, and besides, the definition itself is very lame.
As we all know, there is only a difference between the depth of love and the truth of reason; there is only a difference between truth and falsehood; and poetry is the most popular, so what's wrong with that?
Of course, if it is a drunken gossip, you a sentence, he a sentence; the sky a sentence, the ground a sentence, let them say it! The article was originally the world's gossip; elegant poetry is no exception.
In today's logistic society, the fate of poetry depends largely on the recognition of the reader, otherwise, why did the British writer Wilde say: half of the work is written by the author, half is written by the reader.
Chen Jing was confused and worried, and went to the Changsha *** Institute of Literature for further study, perhaps a search for the road.
She realized that there is no need to search for the road, the road is in her heart; if there is a road in her heart, the road will be there naturally; if there is no road in her heart, there is no road to search for.
Chen Jing's realization is like the blooming of spring flowers.
Since then, his poems have been as colorful as flowers in Children's Literature, Little Stream, Chinese School Literature, and Teenage Intelligence Development Newspaper, and have gradually embellished the landscape of his growing maturity.
But Chen Jing is indifferent to fame and fortune, not good at publicity, can be lonely, can be lonely.
Loneliness is quiet, quiet can think, think is deep.
Previously, he wrote about everything, and moved to children's literature in recent years.
But it's not a matter of passion or interest, it's a matter of inner calling.
I envy and admire his diligence and persistence.
I had an epiphany and thought, so I wrote these few sentences, which are sort of a testimonial to reading Fruit of the Sun.
If the preface and trek are a wreath of flowers offered to the author by two famous writers, then my comments are just a straw hat, I don't know if Chen Jing is willing to wear it or not.
Chen Jing's children's world/Yang You
Chen Jing, the village teacher in Wei Yuan's hometown, is sincere and honest, quiet and elegant, true to his name.
I remember eight years ago a hot noon, a stranger, he rang my doorbell for the first time, red-faced, asked me to their Simenqian Township school district to run the essay newspaper "spread wings" inscription.
At that time, the farmer's son, who had just graduated from the Chinese language department of the Hunan Institute of Education, returned to his hometown to teach, and was happy to be the "king of the children".
In order to effectively improve the writing level of students, he will open the door to the composition class, leading students into the mountains, forests and fields, observing life, analyzing materials, improvisation.
Both let the children, each show their skills, and their own "water essay", present and future.
I appreciate this bold and effective teaching reform, told him that there is a Zhang Youde in Henan, when he was an elementary school teacher, storytelling and writing, and later became a nationally renowned children's literature.
Chen Jing listened to the resolute nod, obviously very excited, but did not spit out half a sentence of bravado.
It is amazing and not surprising that after eight years of hard work, Chen Jing finally used sweat and blood to water the flowers of campus literature, showing a magical world of children.
Over the past eight years, he has published hundreds of children's literature across the country.
Some of them have won provincial and municipal creative writing awards, and some have been included in the People's Literature Publishing House anthology.
He and the students he tutored were among the best in the National Middle School Teacher-Student Composition Competition.
Millions of young readers have become acquainted with this young "teacher-writer" through educational newspapers and magazines such as China Education Newspaper, Junior Literature and Art, Little Stream, Junior Intelligence Development Newspaper, Little Angel Newspaper, and Children's Literature.
Chen Jing is now a member of the Chinese Prose Literature, Hunan Provincial Writers Association, Hunan Provincial Writers Association Poetry Committee, Shaoyang Writers Association.
Not long ago was elected to go to the *** Institute of Literature for further study, to participate in the province's key young writers study class.
It seems that the predecessor of children's literature in Henan Province has been inspiring him to catch up with the wind and rain.
Why are Chen Jing's works favored by the children's literature community and welcomed by urban and rural readers? I think the most valuable thing is that his children's world is full of the unique life breath and flavor of the mountain village children.
We look at the title alone: "catch loach", "send the bird home", "sweet potato love", "cattle", "under the chestnut tree", "wolves want to eat dad", "ah, fairy tofu" ...... will be refreshing.
If then with the mountain children together, after the rain cleared rolled up the trouser leg down the field to catch loaches; the sun goes down when the backpack to send the birds home; darkness rushed to the mountains to go out of the village to watch TV in the sun paddock; hungry, nibbling on baked sweet potatoes, eat fairy tofu, to the chestnut tree to pick up the sky falling down the fruit fruit ...... really feel like turning into a The first thing you need to do is to get a good deal of money to pay for the services you need.
Chen Jing's pen, sometimes like a magic wand, sometimes like a colorful brush, sometimes like a melodious and charming pastoral flute, between the lines, the child's heart shines, interesting.
"Catching Loach" describes the scene when the children in the mountains went to the field: "The wind was warm and fresh; the rainbow, like a colorful bridge, was erected in the sky.
The water is singing, and the water is sparkling, and it is laughing."
The children's joyful infatuation with the rain is over, the scene is interesting, the scene is blended.
With the children's intuition, the water is not only singing, but also laughing, the wind is not only warm, and fresh.
This singing and laughing, a warm and fresh, the mountain children's unique physical and mental feelings expressed to the fullest.
The author describes mountain children playing with fish in a stream in The Stream in the Heart.
People in the scene, the heart with its feelings: "those fish in the water, sometimes with us as a game, swimming around the feet, so naughty touch, kiss, itchy, so that we can not help but "giggle" laugh.
When the group to cup their hands, want to tickle them, but how can not cup."
These examples vividly reflect the children in the true goodness and beauty of the heart.
However, the children's world is not a paradise, and is inextricably linked to the real world.
Once the mountain children meet the phenomenon of falsehood and ugliness, they will also wake up from the haze, and think and *** in the unique way of children.
Ye Ye, a rural kindergartener in The Wolf Wants to Eat Daddy, listens to her teacher tell the story of The Wolf and learns that the man who told a lie was eventually eaten by the wolf.
She remembers the night her father told a lie to the old grandfather who came to her door to ask for a grant of house base, and anxiously ran to her home to see if her father had been eaten by the wolf.
Admittedly, this is a fairy tale, and Ye Ye's father was certainly not eaten by wolves.
But in the pure minds of children, these people who tell lies will definitely be eaten by wolves!
For Erlai, the greedy man who cheated the children out of catching fish in the stream to sell for money in The Stream in the Heart, the young generals took a secret punishment: "While it was dark, they smashed a piece of glass in Erlai's house hard with a stone."
Naturally, the children themselves make mistakes and have regrets.
But they know their mistakes and have no hard feelings.
In Stealing Pears, several children went to Uncle Fu's orchard to steal pears on a moonlit night, and the two old men lost the pears without scolding them, and the next day they sent pears to the neighbor's children to eat.
In this way, the children who stole the pears ate the sweet, crisp pears, no longer as happy as before, feel the hands of the pears heavy, eat into the belly and hard.
Later, they have a hairy moonlight night, quietly go out, will be loaded with bags of rice, hung on the pear tree of Uncle Fu.
The author did not write the source of the rice, but the reader will understand that this is to steal the pears of the little friends from their respective homes, grains stained with guilt!
Thanks to Chen Jing for bringing us such a colorful world of children.
I am convinced that in this children's paradise, the flowers of the motherland will certainly open up more strong and brilliant.

Shaoyang Daily, the beauty of the innocence and the spirit of humanism
The soil is generally simple, The poems of Chen Jing are as simple as soil, as pure as mountain springs, and as fresh as pine winds.
Chen Jing's poems are as good as the poems she writes, and the feeling she gives is as good as the poems.
I have had the opportunity to encounter his poems often.
After I retired, I organized an essay class and subscribed to many newspapers and magazines for children, so I often read his poems.
When I saw the children copying his poems into their books, I couldn't help but light up a cigarette and miss the young writer who was a teacher in the mountainous countryside of Longhui.
In July 2002, I and Shaoyang Daily editor Liu Peng, the provincial poet Kuang Guotai and Xinning, Longhui several literary friends, to Longhui Simenqian town, walked through the old streets of Shiqiao Pu, stepped into the living room of Chen Jing rest.
This is the hometown of Wei Yuan, the first great thinker in modern history to open his eyes to the world.
From the open window to look at the green hills of Wei Yuan's hometown, I have no intention of nostalgia, beside the Chen Jing but caused me to think of the gathering.
Chen Jing is moving towards the age of confusion, but looks much younger.
A pair of eyes as clear as a mountain spring on his vigorous face.
He seldom has worldly courtesies, not much to say, and his eyebrows are contemplative.
He had an almost obsessive paranoia about literature.
As early as middle school, a book of Gorky's "Childhood" to read can not bear to put down the volume, the night lights out, hiding in the quilt pinch the torch to finish reading.
Chen Jing also has a home that makes him close to literature, obsessed with literature, that cultural atmosphere has a profound impact on him.
His eldest, Chen Zaochun, worked at the People's Literature Publishing House, and his elder brother and sister-in-law were department heads in the central media.
His wife, who won the Provincial Outstanding Teacher award for being a school principal, was a wise and understanding person who fully supported him in his reading and writing.
This support itself requires attainment and understanding.
This understanding makes Chen Jing has a rare happiness.
Thanks to his wife, Chen Jing does not have a heavy grip on the pen, and lives an easy life.
Yang You, the former chairman of the Shaoyang City Federation of Literature, gave Chen Jing an eight-word summary: sincere and honest, quiet and elegant.
Chen Jing himself used two sentences for this interpretation: one said: "sit down cold bench, can stand loneliness." One said, "light the weight of ordinary people, heavy the light of ordinary people." That year, he had gone to China Youth Daily in Guangdong, people say: "people go high, the water flows low, the river is mixed with the loach, the sea is the dragon." Chen Jing in Guangzhou mixed out of the human style.
However, a year later, he came back, asked him why, but is a faint smile, "there is too busy, no time to engage in creative work."
But he took the initiative to resign from the often unattainable "official" position, the reason, or that: "when the official, to meet, to study, to find teachers and students to talk to, to deal with a variety of inspections, then there is no time to engage in literature."
This is a pure as a mountain stream obsession.
This kind of obsession makes people love heartache.
This reminds me of what the late literary master Zhou Libo once said: "To be indifferent to fame and fortune, and to pursue it with a passion, this is the quality of doing learning and doing business."
The township high school years of fresh and calm, such as a deep mountain blooming camellia, Chen Jing, such as a bee, obsessed with this mountain flower, he worked hard, quietly picking flowers brewing honey.
A few years of hard work, the achievement of hundreds of poems, published in various newspapers and magazines.
Chinese Writers, China Education News, Selected Micro Fiction, and many children's newspapers and magazines, often published his work.
People's Literature Publishing House published the book "Zen Thoughts Collection" included his essays, and often came to his work to win the news.
I have a children's newspaper, there are his children's poetry column.
Cultivation will have harvest, Chen Jing's obsession is rewarded, the harvest of the golden autumn is coming.
People have pursuit, life will be full.
Like an obsessive pursuer, the days will be moist.
For Longhui Simenqian Township Middle School, the side teaching, thinking, writing "teacher writer" Chen Jing, every day the sun is new, every dream is sweet.
I heard that he was thinking of reflecting the problems of education in the mountain villages in the middle and long, I do not doubt his success, I smiled and looked forward to.
Because of the restlessness of the economic tide, many of our writers can not keep the lamp and writing desk, have gone to sea.
As Chen Jing's obsession with literature is becoming more and more rare.
However, our nation, our culture and science and technology, our history, is not because of these obsessed with the pursuit of the pulse and the pace of progress?

-- Appreciation of Chen Jing's prose "Catching the
After reading Chen Jing's essay "Catching Loach" (published in Wugang Newspaper on February 13, 1998, and later published in Little Angel Newspaper on October 18, 1999), I felt as if I had returned to my childhood, and I felt a sense of comfort through my heart.
At that time the sky was blue, the sun was warm, and the wind was drunk.
The innocence and beauty of childhood can be felt, touched, and smelled.
The author has recreated a picture of a child's playfulness with the care of humanism to fill in the lost and long-lost innocence of people's hearts.
"As soon as the warm wind blew, I rolled up my pants and feet and went down to the field with a few of my buddies, including Niu Bao in the yard." Children's hearts are pure and beautiful, no reason is needed, as long as the "warm wind blows", you can do childish things.
"Niu Bao and I prefer to go to the field when the rain is over." And for no reason at all, because "the wind is warm and fresh, and the rainbow, like a colorful bridge, is in the sky.
The water is singing, and the water is shining, and it's laughing." The mind that has not been polluted by the social environment manifests itself in the same way as the pure affection between man and man.
"I" fell, caught the loach ran after a paragraph: "...... ran over and surrounded me to ask long and short, to help help take off the wet clothes, rubbing me wipe the mud and water.
When I saw my empty bamboo basket basket, this one and that one, have to send the loach over." Niu Bao could not care less to wipe the sweat, a yell; "to choose a big send, to choose a big send ......" The author will be the beauty of the child's mind written to the fullest, after reading such as the spring breeze on the face; such as water to wash the heart; such as the wine over the three patrols dishes over the five flavors; such as ice cream in summer and winter dog meat.
We have a lot of people in our lives.
We live in today's world, generally good, but it is not possible to exclude the ugly and dirty society, and the phenomenon of deceit, and so on.
The prose "Catching Loach" is like a beautiful lotus flower in the sludge, which opens up the beautiful closed or hidden heart of the world.
The author intentionally or unintentionally thought of the human spirit, but the work is permeated with the care of this human spirit.
In the past years, there have been some rough works in our literature, but what attracts and inspires people is that idealistic color.
The prose "catching loaches", is the beautiful heart of grief lost to the humanistic sense of penetration, building a beautiful and pure environment, beautiful and innocent heart.
The language of the prose "catching loaches" is natural and fluent, and the author creates a new context of beauty with a beautiful vision to care for life, which has a better artistic effect.
At the end of the article, the author took care of the reader's traditional habits, set a small ***, so that the article is more infectious.
