The police in the U.S. are similar to terrorists.
American police officers are on duty. When the person being executed hears a clear warning, and demand. The only actions that can be done are:
Reach your hands up to your chest or head where the police can see them clearly, then slowly hold your head, crouch down or get down against a wall or car to remain silent.
Note: There must be no other extraneous behaviors that could be misinterpreted by the police.
such as: pulling out cigarettes to toast cigarettes, take the phone from the arms to find friends and relatives through the back door, close to the entanglement, pushing and shoving strikes and other Chinese legal behavior.
If the U.S. police subjectively determine that your behavior has the intention of resisting the law, assaulting the police, refusing to cooperate, and so on.
May pull out a gun and aim it at your vitals, along with a stern warning. May choose to shoot.
Of course 。。。。 If other Chinese behavior is also chosen. E.g. trying to weasel out of the situation, verbally abusing the police. This one can be a little lighter.
Might invite a couple of bearish patrolmen to take subdued measures against you. E.g. assault. At least make it so that you can no longer speak before you stop.
The above scenarios are just means that can be used if the police suspect you of illegal behavior.
such as: do not cooperate with the checking of identity cards, crossing the street at a red light, hawkers street stalls, square dance disturbances, and so on in China's most righteous behavior.
The law in the United States is a system of conventions that no one may violate. That includes law enforcement.
The law is a system that protects the public interest, and law enforcers are the protectors of the public interest. That's why law enforcement in the US is globally excellent.
In our country vendors who beat law enforcers to death are considered heroes. The understanding of the law is very different.
