Seek a social practice report of about 1500 words, urgent!

A few months to say so long, but a blink of an eye, in the "Southern Weekly" a few months of internship today is officially over. Looking back on these months, in sharpening their own at the same time, I have a deeper understanding of television news, especially livelihood news and a new understanding, so that their professional theoretical knowledge and practice fully integrated. I y realize, living in the ivory tower of college students do not simply think to understand and recognize the society, only on paper is far less, but to enter the community, in-depth exploration. In the school to learn more written knowledge, in practice to make good use of the knowledge to operate. The first thing you need to do is to get in touch with and understand the society, and test yourself in practice.

Ideal is ideal, I'm not quite sure what path I will take in the future, despair has written a paragraph: when other people's dreams have been stifled, I still have a trace of fervent attachment. When leaving with honor and dreams, I hope there will be another day to come back. The process of making decisions is painful, but I have to bear my own reality and try to keep a wise head and a sober resolve in the midst of the cruelty. As we are a group of people dancing in shackles, we have to try to dance with the best grace!

One of the feelings of journalism

I remember a former internship returned to the sister to give us an internship report, said: the internship completely crushed my ideal of journalism. I was a freshman in college at the time, and that statement left a deep impression on me. But the nearly six months I spent interning at Southern Weekend definitely didn't leave that impression on me.

Most of the journalists here are very dedicated. Their dedication to news is very admirable. For every topic, they try their best to be perfect; for every interviewee, they try to dig out more details and relationships; for every detail of the story, they try to verify it.

A reporter once said to me: news is a profession that is the most convenient, fastest and comprehensive way to understand society. I would also like to add: journalism is also one of the few professions that can give people a sense of honor and pride. Here, I really feel: journalism is a career worth fighting for for the rest of one's life. From profession to career, every step and aspect of journalism is worth playing, struggling and challenging. It is difficult to describe in words the satisfaction the challenger gets after each relatively successful completion of a task.

The reporter who took me on said to me: put journalism on life's terms. Maybe if you get married later and don't think about material things like houses and cars you will do better journalism. Of course he didn't mean give up a normal life, but make sure you come to journalism wholeheartedly. One of my shortcomings he pointed out was that I didn't take journalism seriously enough.

Maybe a lot of people already think that journalism is nothing more than a profession to make a living, but I am enough to treat her as a career that I can work for for the rest of my life. News is valuable, do the news is also valuable, you can make the news through their own efforts to become important, but also to make your name in public opinion to leave a mark. And at present, I am afraid that the one who can attract the most attention is the current affairs reporter, such as Lin Chufang, who grew up through the Internet and the Southern Weekend. It's a difficult field to do and do well in, but it's also an amazing one with a big future.

Second, the sense of news

Despite my study of radio and television journalism, my attachment to newspapers seems to have always dominated me. I like to drive (This article is from the first Fanwen.com, reproduced please keep this mark.) I love the feeling of driving words, although TV editing is also a job that requires a lot of brains, but the only few internships I had in school always made me feel that it was more boring than fun. Loving to write sent me straight to Beijing with the goal of finding a print media outlet good enough to exercise me and fulfill me.

I was lucky to meet a circle of good people in Beijing, find a good newspaper, and realize that news is fun.

News has to be worthwhile, and to do it, you have to be truthful, objective and quick on your hands. That's all I understood about journalism before my internship. By the time my internship was over what I felt most strongly about were these basic points.

When I first arrived at the paper, the reporter who brought me in, Wu Chenguang, asked me to write a resume and briefly write my opinion of Southern Weekend. I was in a desperate situation, and in my haste, of course, I only chose the good things to say. After writing it, the reporter revised it for me. On the one hand, he corrected some of my "exaggerated" words; on the other hand, he revised the language for me, so that I could realize how to use the most concise language to express more information and the fullest meaning. Then he sent it to the director of the Department of Public Information in Guangzhou.

Another way he trained me was to require me to find one or two topics a week and write about what was newsworthy, to develop news sensitivity. Although the individual topics reported to the editor in this way were never adopted (which had something to do with the system of Southern Weekend), it was indeed very beneficial to the training of novices. Unfortunately due to laziness, this is something I do poorly.

Southern Weekend's operation is generally the editor on Thursday and Friday to tell the reporter to choose the topic to do, the next Tuesday afternoon deadline, breaking news stories, or due to the interviewee's review of the reason sometimes can be postponed to Wednesday noon deadline. Wednesday is the time for the editors to organize the articles, and the Beijing newspaper will be available to readers early Thursday morning, and the online version will be launched as well.

The Beijing bureau is staffed by a dozen reporters and two or three editors. After receiving the selection, the reporters first asked me to gather all useful information about the story on the Internet. The process of gathering information is one of the first steps in grasping the topic, and it also exercises the first way for novices to judge the value of news. At first, I just retrieved all the online reports and sent them to the reporter without any focus. But slowly I learned what is the basic information, what are the previous reports that suggest better ideas to keep digging, what should be marked in red, and what should be written with some of my own ideas.

At the beginning, all I could do was to help reporters collect information and organize interview recordings or notes. At one point, I even felt that this was all I could do in this mountainous newspaper. Even when I was organizing interview recordings, I was very mechanical, always organizing all the voices from the interview machine without any focus. But it's really important to understand what's useful and how useful the recordings are, so that you save yourself the trouble and benefit others or yourself in the future.

Thankfully, others gave me many opportunities, very trusting to let me independently design the interview questions, undertake some fairly important interviews, more exaggerated is once to do about the reform of the institutions of the manuscript, contacted a professor of the National School of Administration, he said that there is time in the afternoon for me to go over, and although I read some information, but the reform of the institutions of the institutions of the chaos, the reporter said softly, "then you have to go over," the reporter said. The reporter said softly "then you go", I had to find that even cab drivers do not know where the National School of Administration.

The longer you stay at a good newspaper, the more you get out of it. I felt content when I was able to operate completely independently on a topic. I'm a person who can't say "no" because I don't think you're in a position to say "no" to a reporter or interviewer during an internship. I did whatever I was told to do. Going to a press conference where I didn't have to write a script was also an experience; looking for suitable interviewees all over the world was also an experience; impersonating a reporter from another newspaper in order to ascertain whether a piece of news was true was also an experience; taking over a food policy that I almost never cared about and eventually making it out at least was also an experience; writing scripts all night long for the sake of it was also an experience; after the incident of the killing of a Chinese worker in Afghanistan, I coincidentally got an interview with Sun Yu, the Chinese ambassador to Afghanistan, on the phone. Interview to the Chinese Ambassador to Afghanistan Sun Yuxi, but I only casually said a few words on the phone to hang up the phone by the reporter scolded is also an experience ......

Good news is the need to have the spirit of the people to do, and even more need to be diligent people to do. I'm ashamed to say that I was still too lazy during my five months in Beijing, and when I think back, I wasted a lot of good opportunities.

Third, on the "Southern Weekend" feelings

Beijing Jianguomennei Street, No. 8, COFCO Plaza, Block b 705 - "Southern Weekend" in Beijing resident. This street, going west, is the famous Chang'an Street. Standing on COFCO Plaza, although you can't see the bustle of the 10-mile-long street and the splendor of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, you can look up to a monument to the modern Chinese newspaper industry.

Southern Weekend is a newspaper known for its in-depth reporting, which was popular in the late 1990s and is still considered one of China's top weekly newspapers, although its quality has declined for a variety of reasons.

So when I stepped through the door of the paper's Beijing press office on February 13, 2007, by chance, I did so with a mixture of reverence and trepidation, worrying that my poor journalistic skills would eventually make me look very naive and foolish in the face of the paper's reputation and the many excellent journalists who work there. very childish and foolish. But at the time I had no choice.

And it turned out to be a great honor to be at Southern Weekend. The small office space was enough to fulfill the honor and dream of even one intern.

Journalists here are y attached to their newspapers, which I always found rare in other media. I could even be arrogant enough to consider myself a "Southern Weekend person" during my time there, going out on interviews and hearing people in the ministry say in a wary tone, "Oh, Southern Weekend? --That was a kind of rebellious pride; to hear the general public say with admiration: "Oh, it's Southern Weekend! -- that's a pride that comes from the heart.

Southern Weekend does have something to be proud of. The paper's operation is more Westernized, with a purer understanding and production of news. Here are some good practices: for example, weekly meetings to evaluate the newspaper - evaluation of each version of the news made how, what is still missing, what can continue to dig behind this news, what is the real face of this news, what can be done what can not be done; specific operational techniques should also have What improvement should be made on the specific operation method, whether it can be written in "first person"; what kind of manuscript should be put in the headline, whether the headline of "Southern Weekend" has been marginalized (This article is from the first Fanwen.com, please retain this mark.) Marginalization tendency, a newspaper at the same time there are two good manuscripts, what kind of should be placed on the front page, if placed in what kind of means of operation should be used and so on. Every review gives me a lot of inspiration, and we don't try to be too facetious in reviewing other people's articles, but we say what we have to say. The atmosphere of the Beijing reporter station is very democratic.

This is also the cultural tradition of Southern Weekend. When some management problems occur within the newspaper and are criticized by everyone, every journalist at the bottom of the hierarchy expresses his or her opinion sincerely and talks with the newspaper's boss on an equal footing, which is something I have never seen in any other organization. They have always believed that the South Weekend upholds the concept of impartiality and objectivity, the first thing that should be done within the newspaper, the newspaper is the home of all journalists and editors ****, which is rare in other newspapers. At a time when the media is becoming more and more just a profession, this concept is rare.

But after two decades of development, Southern Weekend's internal management system has also revealed a lot of problems, and I was a little disappointed when I first saw it, as if China's once best newspaper was no better. In fact, it's normal for a small element of a society in transition to have problems.

When I was about to finish my internship, I gave the keys to my administrative sister, and she said, "Are you leaving? We should get together. But I was gone before anyone knew it, just as I was when I first came here.

In this honorable newspaper, I am just a too insignificant role, but I always think of those very good people, the other internship students to see the office called "heaven", miss their innocence and handsome, miss those who can dream together.

A reporter gave me a set of "Glory and Dreams" for my birthday, and I haven't read the whole book yet, but the title is enough to stimulate my nerves. When I went to the train station with her in my arms to see off a classmate who was going back to school, a set of very heavy books seemed to be all my body heat.

Fourth, the sense of society

To be a journalist to the highest level is to be a person and social relations.

Wanting to do an interview with the first to contact the interview to want to find the right interview process is a very good people learning process. Especially those ministry officials and do critical reports. How to make those stubborn interviewees accept your interview, how to close the distance between you in the fastest possible time, this is not a book or interview class can teach us, experience, as well as the accumulation of social relations is particularly important.

The reporter who took me on asked me to keep a record of all the people I interviewed, categorized by occupation, so that I could continue to use them next time, or at least find new targets through them. After attending some press conferences where I didn't have to write, he asked me to exchange business cards with the leaders. Sometimes it's hard to interview ministry leaders, and it's much easier to get in touch with them if you can get in touch with them directly.

Listening to more academic lectures or some scholars' internal salons will improve your knowledge and enrich your interview sources.

These interpersonal relationships at work are relatively easy to deal with, as the Beijing Press Center is a relatively pure comradeship. But the variety of things you encounter in interviews makes you wonder about the complexity of the world and your own simplicity.

Maybe it's just a small thing, but the people involved will invite you to dinner and give you all sorts of hints about the benefits of a successful story in order to get you to report on the social impact of the story, which will help them solve their problems. The people I met are not bad people, but at that moment, I really don't know why a simple working relationship has to be made so complicated by many people. That afternoon, I went to the National People's Congress to look for classmates, and at dinner we talked about nothing more than school, the contrast was so great that my brain was a little short.

It is not easy to mix in society. But as Mao Zedong once said, it's fun to fight with others. Sometimes, people are cheap.

In the five months I spent in Beijing, I didn't really work hard on my internship, but when I had time, I went to all kinds of places to play and met all kinds of people. Sometimes those friends can give me help in life, sometimes they can give me direct help in work.

The internship, more than an internship for business, is really just for a life experience.

I always think that more people in our age group come to Beijing either to go to school or to work, and there is always a school or organization that arranges their first life for them. But for us, when we first arrived in a completely unfamiliar place, we didn't even know where to stay on the first day we arrived in Beijing, we couldn't find where to go, we "communicated" with the old Beijingers (who probably stayed there for a few more days) in standard Mandarin, we put up with the cab drivers pulling us around, we put up with the cheap rentals in all kinds of places, we put up with the cheap rentals in all kinds of places, we put up with the cheap rentals in all kinds of places. We have to put up with taxi drivers pulling us around, with going to all sorts of places to find cheap houses to rent, with looking for internships, and with the smell of desperation for a while.

So I was especially moved and grateful to everyone who gave me a hand in Beijing: the senior who took me in when I first arrived, the friend who helped me contact my internship unit, the reporter who was very sincere with me, the friend who lent me money when I didn't have any, the reporter who helped me contact my interviewees and gave me advice, and the classmates and friends who took me out for a good time. I am really grateful to them, with them, my days in Beijing is not particularly lonely, on the contrary, I unusually stay in that kind of freedom of solitude.

It's strange that every student who comes back from an internship in Beijing, whether they are looking for a job or going to graduate school, still wants to go to that very unsuitable place to live. I'm not quite sure what the appeal of the capital is, but I'm one of them.

(This article is from the first Fanwen.com, reproduced please retain this mark.)

"A journalist once said to me: journalism is a profession that provides the most convenient, rapid and comprehensive understanding of society. I would also like to add: journalism is also one of the few professions that can give people a sense of honor and pride. Here, I really feel: journalism is a career worth fighting for for the rest of one's life. From profession to career, every step and aspect of journalism is worth playing, struggling and challenging. The satisfaction the challenger gets after each relatively successful completion of a task is hard to describe in words."

When I read these lines, a sudden surge of emotion filled my chest. High school will be firmly down the ideal of journalism, like a bundle of dry wood piled up in the corner of the wall when waiting to be burned, suddenly encountered a longing for a fire, it will be unstoppable and quickly spread ...... half a month ago when the North Pavilion interviewed the South Zhou, the frequency of that intense beat once again rolled over the heart of the room, telling me: you, should be this kind of person; otherwise, when you Standing on this piece of land, how could you feel that the hearts of your feet are integrated into the soil, how could you feel that your whole body is as transparent as the sunshine?

Now counting, I have followed the reporter out to interview more than twenty times, each interview I will be asked by the reporter to write down the questions, come back to their own initiative to write a manuscript, write the manuscript and then let the reporter look at it, point out to me the shortcomings. In the past, I seldom wrote any scripts, and now I want to laugh when I see my first script, which is dry and hard, the mouth guide is too hard to write, and it doesn't attract the audience's attention, and the narration is written like a running account, and in the emotional movie, the narration is dry and not touching enough, and the same time, it is too wordy, and it's not refined enough, etc. From the later scripts, I can see that I've written my own scripts, and then I let the reporter look at it and point out my deficiencies. From the later scripts, you can see that your writing ability has been improved accordingly. I realized that the language of TV news is as simple as possible and should be easy to understand. At the same time the sentence should be beautiful, to have a kind of affinity, so that the audience has a sense of easy conversation.

In my future study life, I will definitely work harder, because I know a lot and don't know more from this practice in the TV station.

I believe I can do a good job, I firmly believe that my tomorrow will be more brilliant!
