Entry topics (choose one)
Topic 1: "Traditional letters and e-mail, cell phone text messages" as the topic, choose an appropriate angle, choose your own topic, choose your own style, write an essay.
Topic 2: "Secondary school students and television" as the topic, choose an appropriate angle, a topic of their own choice, choose their own style, write an article, say that television on the help of secondary school students.
One of the above two topics. No less than 800 words.
Specific requirements for entry:
(a) The organizing committee will provide a special mailing list for entry free of charge.

(3) The "school" column on the registration card must be filled in the full name of the participating school (subject to the official seal of the school), "class" column please use the Arabic alphabet to write "school". The "Class" column should be filled in with Arabic numerals.
(d) Please use pen or ballpoint pen to write on special letterhead with clear and neat handwriting. Before writing your entry, please indicate the category (Primary School Category) at the top of the envelope, on the manuscript paper with the barcode printed on it and at the top left corner of the entry card.
